Relaxing and calm environment to unwind. Clean comfortable beds, friendly staff. Met all the expectations you would expect from a 5* resort.

We had dinner at the restaurant for two nights and were disappointed by the food standard: - tiramisu were not fresh and should not be served to guests; - steak were not cooked to the required requirements - Singapore Laksa looks and tastes more like lontong lemak than the authentic version. We had spoken to the manager on duty who listened attentively to our feedback.

The facilities were amazing with the pool overlooking the lake, layout of the hotel was so good, although rooms were small but they were very well maintained and clean and had all the necessary things, like smart lights and charging points, netflix too. Not to mention room had amazing lake views. Only criticism was food options on the menu could be improved , maybe add more indonesian classics like Ayam Penyet or Ayam Geprek, but taste of the food was good anyways. Breakfast options could be improved too. One thing though, had amazing staff! Especially the supervisor for the Rise (restaurant) Ms Lia , was super friendly and super helpful! Totally enjoyable stay.

We like the room, it is modern, the view was great as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were nice, as well as the facilities. Food was great as well. Overall, it was a nice stay.

There is not much to say in regard to what we do not like. One particular thing is the roof top is not what we expected. We do prefer to hang out in the pool area on the ground floor behind reception.

Room was small and especially bath room is small. Some faulty equipments should carried out inspection regularly.
