The chateau is a really unique property, full of charm and details. Breakfast too was charming and homely. I confess though I was longing for a pain au chocolat. The room was huge and totally unique. The owners are very welcoming and Alexandre can take you out flying over the region if you book with enough time at a very reasonable rate.

A shower would have been great and there are rooms with a shower, however I preferred the room without a shower and with a spectacular view

A driveway lined with Atlas Cedars lead to this attractive Chateau. We parked our bicycles under a tree for the night in the garden. Our room was huge, with a tiled floor and included a statue of St Michel slaying the dragon, a stag's head and other similar artifacts. We brought a picnic with us and ate our supper on the on the terrace. In the morning our delightful and relaxed host served us a delicious breakfast and showed us the pottery she makes. We could have happily stayed longer.

The hosts were wonderful. We were traveling with friends to attend a wedding in Poudenas. This was the perfect location. A beautiful chateau in a scenic and peaceful countryside. It was such a pleasure to spend time at the chateau and with extremely kind hosts. Highly recommend the Chateau Cauderoue!

A beautiful chateau in a beautiful location. The room was huge and and beautifully decorated and made up. The bathroom was lovely, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and luxurious, with home made jam, delicious cheese, tea, fruit and more, and served on gorgeous china etc. It was all individually tailored and served at a time of my choosing.. The hosts were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and always attentive. The swimming pool was just perfect, set in a relaxing setting and surrounded by trees. It was absolutely spotlessly clean and well kept. The whole experience was extremely luxurious, yet relaxed and calming. The chateau is beautifully decorated with antiques and art, and was both charming and enchanting. It was set in a large garden / park with a long, treelined avenue leading up to the chateau. A lovely experience all round! It is in a quiet setting, yet only a few minutes' drive from Nerac.

It is set in beautiful countryside. The proprietor is lovely. The room was spacious and had a garden view. Everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was fantastic. Very chill vibe. Peaceful.

A fabulously quirky and stunning accommodation! We loved everything about the Chateau - the pool, our spacious and comfortable room in the tower with its amazing view. Friendly hosts, great breakfast.!

The chateau is a lovely old building, tastefully decorated inside and full of old world charm. There was plenty of room to park our car in front. Our hosts were very helpful in suggesting places to visit and reserving tables at local restaurants. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing in the 30 degrees plus temperatures.

could do with better/more comfy sun loungers/pool furniture but what was there worked fine

So many great things to say about this Château: the hosts were so nice and welcoming, the rooms were extremely spacious, each room has stunning view of the property, and each morning you are provided with a lovely homecooked breakfast
