Friendly staff, the towels were changed daily, the room is very clean. We couldn’t take the breakfast one day because we left early, but the staff prepared it for us the day before so we could take it with us (some fruits, biscuits, honey). There is a free parking in the hotel yard, which is a big plus.

There were no vegetables at the breakfast during week days. In weekend there were tomatoes and iceberg salad, but still not enough (but I saw that the vegetables were missing from the restaurants nearby as well, not only in the hotel). The room was kind of noisy as it had street view, but the external shutters were good enough to block the noise during the night.

Very helpful staff during the stay. Reception team helped me when I needed a charger for my iPhone and came to help me when I locked myself out of the room outside of reception desk hours. The hotel room had great heating that could be controlled with thermostat in room and big radiators to dry clothes after a day snowboarding. There was always hot water for the shower. Breakfast had a good selection of cereal, cold cuts, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, cakes etc.

Shower tray size on the small size in a single room but I cannot fault anything else.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Able to easily log in to Netflix and use the WiFi. Beautiful location.

The room was a bit sparse and drab and could do with a bit more decoration to make it feel more welcoming. Provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Pillows hard and not comfortable. Would be so nice to have small fridge and kettle or coffee maker so I could make myself cup of tea or coffee. Not understanding why not provided.

The location is very good, you can walk to the town centre and find all you need. The check in was very quick and easy, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The bathroom was a bit old and the flush made a lot of noise.

Nice food and hotel. Hotel was lovely and warm. I liked this hotel the fist time I used it so I was happy to use it again.

The walk to the ski bus stop was often treacherous. The roads are cleared but not the footpaths. Not the fault of the hotel though!

Very good price considering it is in a great location, close to many popular sites at the Dolomites. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is delicious and very complete.

Wifi did not reach our room.

Nice locality. Availability of markets, restaurants, pizzerias Rich buffet breakfast. Quiet and tidy hotel ambience.
