- Comfortable rooms - Nice and good cleaning staff. They did their job really well and are really friendly. - Good location - Well maintained

- The door and windows are not well soundproofed. (However, I didn't mind it) - The lobby is in the first floor. So if you have heavy luggage you need to ask them to open the door to the elevator first.

We loved everything, cute little flat, has everything you need, cleaning everyday, very clean

Few more hangers for clothes would be good

Apartment was very comfortable to live and sleep in and I regretted that I had to leave. All electrical appliances and Wifi worked well. Reliable hot water and power supply. Staff (receptionist, cleaning ladies and night guard) were welcoming and nice. There is daily room cleaning service. Many restaurants, shops and street side cafes in the area.

My experience there was exceptional amazing. The hotel is right in the middle of the city, many restaurants, cafeterias, stores just right next doors and across the street. Staff including the receptionist, housekeeper, guard, everyone were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is very new, even we could smell the new furniture and all the facilities are modern and look like brand new items. Very spacious rooms. I was surprised that the prices were totally affordable. Absolutely come back next time.

Everything is good. It is the second time i have stayed here in Haiphong. The receptionist is helpful and responsive. The location is 10/10, on Van Cao street. You easily can go to any place within mins by bikes.

- I wish the place did not set the curfew at 12AM. - The wifi and TV are not always working well. - Normally there would be a couple in a room, it would be more comfortable if each person had 2 pillows on the bed.

The place has secured parking for motorbikes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big, nice and comfortable.

During our stay, we had issues with ants in the room, attacking the food.

Location is good. There ara a lot of markets and restaurants around. Lee apartment serve you what you need. Everything is perfect. There is one kitchen and one living room with sofa. The rooms are big enough. There is a washing machine. It is dryer at the same time. If I go beck to Hai Phong, I definitely stay there again

The girl that works there is very nice and kind and will do anything to help you, the apartment is very beautiful and in a smart position. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Hai Phong

Clean house and helpful housekeeper, various kitchen facilities give me a very convenient stay, recommend.

Pillows are too hard, too small as well. Toilet paper quality is bad. They can choose other better one.
