Room was good. Hotel in a good spot next to the airport and easy to get things surround. Friendly staff, great value.

Need more clean in the bathroom

They helped me immensely with complications to my flight and booking.

Lot of shops, restaurants and services nearby. Quite clean.

Small room w/o window and bathroom was very small too. Pictures showed this as an almost luxory hotel but this quite basic one.

Comfortable bed.

Too much noise from about 5.30 a.m. A bell sounded every time an employee came in from the back of the hotel. Also staff talking loudly. Very annoying..just below my room.

I am very disappointed in booking.com for characterizing this hotel as such a highly rated place for stay. Our bedroom had stains on the carpet, walls, and furniture. The bathtub looked like it had mold on it, the sink continuously backed up each time we used it, and the bathroom door handle was completely broken that the door could not fully close. If we did not have such an early morning flight the next morning, we would have just stayed somewhere else.

The bed was alright.

Towels were dirty, they were even crinkly (not soft) from how dirty they were. Door key would not work and staff tried to fix it but after he did. My door key wouldn't lock the door again. Tv remote didn't work at first but staff fixed that. Construction was working in the early morning drilling so if you are late sleeper, it is bad. Staff speaks no english. If the hotel for some reason disputes my comment, i'm going to have a laugh.

They parked and took care of our scooter well.

Shower head was broken, then the holder was broken for the shower wand! Drain was constantly making noise. Stuff was just kinda grimy. Honestly it wasn’t terrible, but in no way shape or form should this hotel be allowed to boast 9.9 stars ever. I am frustrated by the fact they claim luxury.

The foyer is open and easy to access.

We booked 3 rooms. Room 303’s window was open on arrival. On entering there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. On turning the aircon on some hours later after returning from the hospital the smell of cigarette smoke permeated through the room. Even the bathroom smelt of smoke. It was nauseating. Also the lamp on the beside table was broken and there was vomit stains on the wall. There also was snot stuck to the wall beside the bed head. You could not walk on the floor without getting dirt on your feet. The toothpaste packet in the bathroom was empty. Overall it was filthy and disgusting.
