Very, very pleasant, welcoming and friendly staff. Very easy check-in procedure. We took the option (at 20 Euro for two people) to have breakfast, and it was an excellent spread - a choice of many dolce (sweet) and many salato (savoury) were available, along with juice, and a BONUS - the staff made your hot drink and brought it to the table. We very appreciated towards the end of our breakfast that staff checked if there was anything else we could get them. The bed was very comfortable and with lovely clean linen. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Wonderful grounds to relax in outside.

The only thing we didn't like was that the room was quite small, and there was only one dining-style chair in the room = only one person could sit down in the room on a chair at one time. There was little room between the end of the bed and the desk/chair. One person could easily move through the space but two couldn't at the same time. This was our only criticism of this wonderful property. The room would have been perfect for one person.

This is a lovely personal family run hotel. Modern rooms, a well maintained pool with a pleasant seating area around it. Breakfast was excellent - fresh fruit, eggs, cooked meats etc (although we're veggies) served on a little terrace. But the main thing we loved was the friendliness of the staff. Stefano almost became like a friend, and he enthusiastically tried out his English with us and made sure he looked after us. All the other members of the team were equally friendly. And the other feature of our stay that will stay with us was the free use of bikes (with locks) to go for rides along the beach front - Civitanova has long stretches of bike lanes for people to leisurely cycle along, especially in the evenings.

Stefano gave us a kettle for our room which isn't standard in the hotel. It would be great if this were provided or if there was a tea or coffee machine in the public area - there isn't a bar or anywhere to get a coffee in the evening, although there is a cafe and a restaurant a minute or two away. Bear in mind that the hotel is in a very quiet area, a bit of a way from the beach - you wouldn't really walk it, but as I said, the bikes are great and they're free!

Friendly welcome, beautiful pool and garden: it's an Oasis. Great breakfast. Real sense of individuality and pride. The black out blinds were brilliant!

Would have been nice to have a cot in the room, but this was at an extra cost so we used our own.

not much alternative in the breakfast

This hotel is just perfect. Our room was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable, the a/c was efficient. The surroundings are nice, there is plenty of parking space outside. The employees are always willing to help. For breakfast you have to make a selection from a menu the day before, then you can have it in the breakfast area or they will bring it to the room if you prefer; the products are fresh and of quality. Very fast Wifi too.

A safe in the room would be a plus.

Everything was perfect. Secured parking was a plus.
