The hotel was classy and well maintained. The breakfast was decent.

The check in process was the worst. You could simplify it a lot. I got a message from the hotel on my booking.com email in German a few hours before the checkin that I need to call them. I didnt know what number to call or have a way to call them (I was a tourist with no international roaming). It was in the middle of the night and I had to scramble to get a phone which worked. The call was just to get a code to a lock box which I could have gotten in the email. Also, they claim to have parking but its only street parking. Which is not always the best or available. A suggestion for booking.com please make sure the availability of parking means parking is available on premises.

Clean and comfortable room with a refrigerator. A lift. A small but good sauna with dressing gown provided, all included in the room rate. Friendly but correct welcome from the staff. A sensible price of €5 for a very acceptable breakfast, good value; a reasonable choice in the buffet without going over the top (and so increasing the price) - smoked salmon, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, ham, salami and so on, muesli and other cereal, juice, decent coffee. The breakfast is served from 06:30 on weekdays. The location is excellent for travellers by train.

I don't like mini-bars, I prefer to put my own stuff in the refrigerator, but if the mini-bar is a necessary condition for the refrigerator, then so be it. I would like a kettle in the room, which is not usual in traditional hotels in Germany. The lighting was good in the room - but the colour temperatures of the bulbs were randomly mixed. There were a couple of minor housekeeping mistakes.

Clean, comfortable, fairly old school little hotel close to the station. Good breakfast. Functional bathroom and the bath salts were a nice touch. Check-out until late morning was convenient!

A self-service coffee machine at breakfast for cappuccinos etc. would be a nice addition. The hair dryer in our room had disappeared which would be a problem if travelling for business. No double bed but two singles next to each other.

The checking in process out of hours was easy. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

A map to the car park would have been useful. I found where to park but and had no problems but it would have saved me 10 minutes on arrival. Not a complaint really just a suggestion.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Close to train station if you arrive via that method. Hotel is secure (key access only)

Neighborhood around the hotel was the Turkish/Arab area and seemed somewhat sketchy at night as you walked towards the city center.

It is a beautiful cozy hotel with a perfect location. I needed it for one night and they also accepted dogs - which is what I needed. I loved it and so did my dog Chloe. The staff is absolutely amazing and the breakfast was tasty. Overall very good value for money.

Breakfast was tasty. Room very clean. Had everything I needed. Bathroom was really nice. It is very close to the train station, I could walk from the station to the hotel with my baggage. It is also very close to Old Town. Could walk around and do some sight seeing in the evenings.

That there was no shuttle to take me to the rental car place. I travelled by train to walk to the hotel. Would have liked a free shuttle service to take me to Europcar to get my rental. Would also have liked to have an English speaking person to assist me at the hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly, hotel rooms are nice with all things working well, the bathroom is good size and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and included. Parking is no problem. For the price it was really good value.

My double room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. It is convenient to the train station.

The room was warm and it was not possible to open the window widely to get things cooler. The breakfast was also mediocre.

Nice small hotel. Room was clean and big enough. Good location, few minutes walk from town center. Everything you need to spend a night.

Lady at the reception is very kind and helpfull, but speaks only German.
