We were there for a celebration of life and had traveled from central and southern California. We were grateful for the clean and comfy accommodation. Also for the help of the staff to have our rooms next to each other. Most of all we were delighted to be able to have a substantial breakfast in a room where we could gather and visit one another.

The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. Just a nice stop on a road trip. We were satisfied with everything once we found the hotel.

The listing gave the address of the hotel as 336 South 600 West in Burley. I put that address in the GPS and ended up in a field staring at wind turbines. The city the hotel is actually in is Heyburn - same address. This is probably not the fault of the hotel, but I want to warn others!

When I walked into the room, it not only looked clean, but it smelled clean! Also they actually brought clean towels a light housekeeping everyday, no need to come back late and realize I forgot to ask for more TP or something and have to head back to the front desk.

the problems i had were not the hotels responsibility but delt with other companies i had to deal with on issues not concerning the hotel

All of it was great! The people behind the counter checking me in and out were American and spoke English and looked very nice instead of multiple piercings as ugly tattoos.

The staff was very helpful, caring and courteous. The room was clean, well appointed, and in good order. The breakfast had a variety of items, and the breakfast room was roomy, clean, and pleasant.

There is a construction site in front of the hotel, and Booking.com did not have the correct address. The hotel is in Heyburn, not Burley.

The front desk lady (night auditor?) that checked me in was quick and made me feel welcome. The price and what we got was pretty good, the breakfast here was our favorite one that we experienced through our trip.

The construction on the main road which isn’t Super 8’s fault, but it made it difficult to get to at night.

Next to a noisy gravel crusher and lots of trucks started at 5 am ended early afternoon. End of hotel by lobby would be not noticeable Opposite end was noticeable

The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. We were traveling with our 80 pound dog and there was no problem accommodating him.

Well from the last time I stayed with super 8 they didn't have a dining room and so guests had breakfast in the little foyer area. But now they have a place where more people can sit have there breakfast and mingle with other guests

That when I tried to pay for my room in Cash I was told I would need an extra $250.00 for a deposit if I didn't use a credit card well I got 2 rooms I didn't have any extra $500.00 to put down as a deposit plus the room charge. Yes they did say I would get it back up on check out but why bother with all that? I had to break down and use my credit card when I really didn't want to. So I am very disappointed in that aspect.
