The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. Just a nice stop on a road trip. We were satisfied with everything once we found the hotel.

The listing gave the address of the hotel as 336 South 600 West in Burley. I put that address in the GPS and ended up in a field staring at wind turbines. The city the hotel is actually in is Heyburn - same address. This is probably not the fault of the hotel, but I want to warn others!

The staff was very helpful, caring and courteous. The room was clean, well appointed, and in good order. The breakfast had a variety of items, and the breakfast room was roomy, clean, and pleasant.

There is a construction site in front of the hotel, and Booking.com did not have the correct address. The hotel is in Heyburn, not Burley.

Well from the last time I stayed with super 8 they didn't have a dining room and so guests had breakfast in the little foyer area. But now they have a place where more people can sit have there breakfast and mingle with other guests

That when I tried to pay for my room in Cash I was told I would need an extra $250.00 for a deposit if I didn't use a credit card well I got 2 rooms I didn't have any extra $500.00 to put down as a deposit plus the room charge. Yes they did say I would get it back up on check out but why bother with all that? I had to break down and use my credit card when I really didn't want to. So I am very disappointed in that aspect.

The front desk lady (night auditor?) that checked me in was quick and made me feel welcome. The price and what we got was pretty good, the breakfast here was our favorite one that we experienced through our trip.

The construction on the main road which isn’t Super 8’s fault, but it made it difficult to get to at night.

The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. We were traveling with our 80 pound dog and there was no problem accommodating him.

Nancy checked me in and was great. Met my requests and was friendly during the entire interaction.

Not the easiest to find, parking lot is okay, the roads getting to the property were in disrepair, I wouldn’t blame that on the property though.

The room was clean and comfortable and had a small fridge which I always appreciate and use.

The breakfast was pretty basic and it would have been nice if there was a staff person available to help if needed.

The place was very clean, their breakfast was better than we expected for a complementary breakfast, our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

it had a great fridge that actually stayed cold. it had a table and 2 chairs. the staff was very friendly and personable.

The hot tub had a bunch of soap or cleaning agents in it. The road to turn on to get to the hotel has a bunch of holes in it and is not well lit

Clean, comfortable, great staff and good, full breakfast...hot and cold cereals, toast, make your own waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurts and all the fixins'. VERY comfortable room and bed!

A little spendy but what isn't these days? I was fine with the location but some may find it a little isolated or remote. It was quiet even being right off the interstate. Big truck stop right next to it. Easy access to interstate and Burley.
