It's a beautiful facility and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved that the pillowcases had the firmness embroidered on them - several comfort levels to choose from. The TV was on with a personalized message welcoming me to the hotel. The amenities were great - a nice coffee maker with coffee & tea choices, a chaise lounge chair in the room with a small table that fit right up to it. I loved the design of the blackout roller shade in the room. The A/C heating element was quiet and easy to operate. The soap products in the bathroom were nice and plentiful, with various sizes of towels. I loved the marketing - the casual conversation tags to put on the door instead of the typical "do not disturb." The breakfast was delicious with so many options and a very cute small "to go" bag, which was great for travels to take along an apple and yogurt for the road. It's a beautiful place to stay with friendly, happy staff!

Everything! I rarely write reviews but this hotel was so wonderful I took the time to write this. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was so new and nice and clean! Upon checking in they gave us warm cookies that were incredibly delicious and the free breakfast was great! We loved the gym and the pool and the bed was so comfy to sleep in. Would totally stay here again!!

Exceptionally clean, both in public spaces and the room. Well appointed with nice lighting and quality bedding. Super quiet. Nice variety at breakfast. Feels like a very new building. Very welcoming common area for working on a computer, watching television, or sitting outside on the patio. Good variety of snacks (even board games) in the small shop off the front desk. Warm cookies every evening. Will definitely stay here again.

killed 2-daddy long leg spiders in bathroom on different days, bath tub non slip mat to small, slipped getting out of shower onto tile floor due to bath floor towel also being to small, TV reception kept going out losing reception while trying to watch TV. Had to go up elevator to 2nd floor to get ice because there was no ice machine on 1st floor.

The housekeeping wasn t too good. First day they forgot our room, and you could see that they didn t clean the bathroom everyday.

Shower in room 105 needs worked over the floor was draining into the drain in the middle of the floor on. And exhausted fan does not work when both switches are on for lights

The girl at the front desk (Shawny) was super nice and accommodating. She was able to make us feel comfortable and addressed our requests. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay.

Great new coffee machines with fresh grinding and brew for each cup in the lobby.

2 queen bed was very tight with little space to get in and out of the bed on the interior wall side of the room.

The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful.

There isn't anything we didn't like. Maybe the swimming pool towels could have been bigger, they were very small.

Always a pleasure to stay! Location is convenient, rooms are nice and clean. The hot tub is amazing and the breakage is wonderful.

It would be nice to have the hot tub open a bit longer at night so late travelers can relax.
