The hotel is situated in a very nice area near the lake and I was also upgraded to a room with a view on the lake, which was really nice. A few other things to mention: good breakfast, wonderful large pool area with all washing facilities and bathrooms, shared with the neighbouring Kwan Ruen Resort, incredibly good mattress, the firmest I have ever slept on and did wonders for my back. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel has seen better days and there were a few things that bothered me during the stay: the AC was very loud and not possible to adjust well, there was one light in my room that was not possible to turn off without physically removing the bulb, the room could have been cleaner and there was substantial mould in the bathroom, there was a noticeable crack between the door and its frame, meaning the sound insulation was non-existing, also the English skills of the receptionists were very limited. But all in all, considering the price and the area, I was still rather happy with my stay.

Nice hotel with good size rooms and bathroom but the beds were really hard. Good selection of foods at breakfast which was nice. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or evening meal which we didn't know about until we arrived hungry and wasn't anything open nearby for lunch so either 20-30 minute walk or taxi to get food. Nice pool area but would be nice if at least one section of the pool wasn't undercover so you can get a bit of sun. Can only get drinks at pool area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms. Very nice view from the room on the lake. Maybe rooms look a bit outdated for some but overall , the size of the room and comfort was really good. Good breakfast with many options to choose from. If you drive there , there is always a space for a car in the car park. Quiet neighbourhood .

I liked pretty much everything. Maybe bathroom needs a bit of improvement other than that everything was great.

I was expecting a bar maybe restaurang in hotel for the evening, thats why i was booking this hotel. But it was closed every evening... Very disapoined about that. I want to have place in evening to meet people and drink wine Around hotel wasn´t any nice places. I will not go here again becouse of that

Very nice hotel, great location across the road (busy road) from a beautiful and huge park with lake. Large spacious and clean rooms. The beds are very, very firm - was able to ask for more pillows. Helpful and friendly staff despite our language barriers. Excellent laundry service (a bit pricey). Great breakfast- nice variety. Good AC and WiFi. Nice lake views and large balcony. Thai massage available.

The shower curtain, bathmat and bathroom tiles needed a good clean.

Really had to think hard for this one. You can hear the whistle blowing from car parking attendant quite early in the morning.

Bed was one of those really hard mattresses that you get around Thailand. I liked it and my wife did not. It is a good hotel. I can assure you of that. If you need a night or two in Korat stay here!

Shower ,was bath/shower . Ok but becomes inconvenient for elders that may have joint mobility problems . Shower recess that we saw in single rooms would really be a plus A couple of small maintenance problems for the bathroom I bought to the attention of staff .

This hotel is in a great location next to the lake and not far from the CBD. Breakfast was good with good selection of food Thai and western. The hotel is very clean and staff most helpful. Would stay the again.

3 hotels with similar names .. We checked into wrong hotel and that reception was oblivious that we had no reservations there .. we checked into room and then realised we in wrong hotel.. GPS got confused lol
