Rooms are not the newest anymore, but still nice. Size of the room is good, slightly bigger than in most "modern" hotels. Especially the rooms on higher floors have some nice view. Stuff at the reception and at the breakfast/restaurant is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is great with a good choice and variety. Location is good to walk to terminal 21 and Big C and even to the mall

Pool is a little bit outdated, only a few chairs and gym almost not existing. But for me not a big problem

Fortune Hotel Korat is a one of a kind hotel in the city. It is very near to some landmarks and shopping malls around Korat. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast in their restaurant is also great and they offered a lot of food to choose from. The price is not too expensive. The view from their hotel rooms are also exceptional. We will surely come back again in the near future.

The tissue roll they provide in their toilet is so low quality. It is not strong. The blankets and matress cover smelled like bleach. Using fabric conditioner can give more satisfying and wonderful stay to your guests.

Good location, but can be rather dangerous to cross the road to get to the other side. Check-in was simple and the room was nice and big and had everything you'd need for a stay. Quiet, never any noise. Comfortable bed to sleep in.

There was a light in the room (1001) which was malfunctioning as it kept turning on and off and the most random times. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong. There was advertisements all over for activities by the pool but each time I went it looked derelict.

Our room requirements weren’t available upon arrival so we were upgraded to an Executive suite which was fantastic. The comfort & spaciousness of the room was impressive. Breakfast was quality & varied & the location was opposite Terminal 21(although major roadworks made it a little more challenging to navigate), there was no noise whatsoever. Thank you Fortune Hotel Group for a great stay.

The boiled rice soup was not enough for us.

Location was right off the main road and also only a short walk to Terminal 21. The hotel provided us with a map with all the historical places and locations for the Nakhon area which were about a 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly!! Good facilities and our room had a great view of the city!

Breakfast was excellent as were the other meals we had, also the cocktails hit the spot with my partner. Very pleasant and helpful staff room was clean and a good size.

Our room had a door to an adjoining room they were young and we could hear them talking no sound proofing on that door. As I get older I am not a fan of the shower being over the bath.

A clean hotel of sufficient size in the center. the staff does not have the Tailant warmth we are used to. Wifi was turned off as soon as the landing time passed. it took me 12 hours to get wifi password for additional booking. I wanted to book 1 more day, they asked for a very high fee. I realized my mistake and made my reservation from Booking.com. My reservation was excluding breakfast. I wanted to add breakfast, again, they asked for 50% more from booking.com, I did not receive it.

There are no electrical sockets at the head of the bed. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The light of the bathroom and the hallway flashes together. disturbing at night

Turned up late for breakfast but when the staff heard it was my birthday they pulled out all the stops and even sang happy birthday with cake!

Shower over bath was difficult to enter and exit with weak leg

Hotel has a great location, rooms are very nice and well maintained, staff are always friendly and the buffet breakfast is always excellent.

Main reason we stay here is because every room we've previously stayed in has a bath, which is great as we only have a shower at home and we do enjoy a good soak - unfortunately this time we only had a shower in the room, which was a bit disappointing after we'd really been looking forward to the bath. Everything else was excellent as always.

The Hotel is so clean and comfortable we did have a good night sleep always.

Didn't put as we don't like but says customer advice is best. The receptors can be more smiles not matter what the situation to customers. I fine some of the reception not very friendly by facial expressions until we leave on check out day.
