This hotel is surprisingly good. I didn't expect superb hospitality, considering Korat City is a touristic city compared to others, such as Phuket, Chiang Mai, or the nearby Khao Yai. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast; simple but tasty. The hotel also has its own cafe and restaurant if you do not want to travel for food or drinks. The hotel is close to Terminal 21 and other smaller shopping malls, making it very convenient.

The only negative thing I can think of is that the property is far from the main road. There is no other option apart from driving. Unfortunately, that seems to be the reality in many places in Thailand anyway.

Better breakfast, it is good already but still could see some Improvement, but again maybe not so much westerners here? But all was worth it still! Bathroom for shower was the best!

Breakfast just little bit boring but it wasn't bad, just me prefer more like crispy bacon n so on, and sometimes it's buffe and sometimes not so that I didn't understood either but it was good! Tasted good! Clean!

The location is a little bit isolated for somebody without own transport. Beautifully decorated hotel with exquisite furniture. Very friendly staff, well above average restaurant with a nice selection of cold beers on hand. Will definitely go back there!

A little isolated if you have no own transport, about 600 mtr walk to the main road. There might be some motorbike taxi available?

Rooms very well appointed and nice decor everywhere the bed is a king size on a solid wood sled type frame a very nice place for the money. The breakfast is great they have a huge selection of food. There is also a nice bar and restaurant for the rest of day

The room was nice and clean. Nice balcony with a nice view. The bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel is ca. 500 m from the main road. No noise from traffic.

In the bathroom, there was nowhere to hang wet towels to dry Breakfast was included, but there were not many options available

No safe in room we were on top floor very noisy birds nesting on roof above our room fire alarm went off no warning of test from staff

A very nice place to stay. Very quiet place and with pleasant rooms. The bed is really comfortable and the shower room well equipped and clean. A must.

The location is in an alley with a dead end, and quite far for walking anywhere. Personel can call for a taxi however (grab). Also would've appreciated toilet paper, and I didn't like all the cutlery in plastic, way too pollutive!

Welcomed by the GM from the minute I stepped off the car till I was on my way up to the room. It was a hot sunny afternoon then, truly appreciated the express check-in and would be sincerely thankful if I was offered a glass of icy cool welcome drink as well. Nonetheless, food prepared and served in Bay Marina Restaurant was much more than any words could discribe, succulent steaks and perfectly dressed garden greens served alongside precised timed Belgium french fries and aromatic grilled mixed mushrooms. Local Thai guests came over for dinner the next day could not stop complaining why this beautiful gem was so we'll hidden and not being made known to the food lovers of Korat. If Michelin were to grant the world's very 1st Michelin 5 Stars restaurant surely Bay Marina Restaurant would be the pride and honor of Thailand . Every morning after having the old school breakfast spread to finished with a cup of heavenly roasted cuppuccino would make me drip a drop of tear recalling my early school days decades ago when I was fed full to the brim with the most important meal of the day. It was a nostalgic moment every at breakfast.

What I didn't like was that my stay was just only 2 days, will definitely plan for a longer stay on my next trip to Korat.
