The staff were polite and the fact that it was so cheap

The staff at reception were nice and gave you a free coffee, bed was comfy and evrything was clean enough apart from a cockroach in the room !!!

Do not book on booking.com and defiantly don’t pay online when you get to the property they will tell you they don’t accept booking from booking.com and make you pay for the room again and a more expensive rate then what’s online

The hotel is in the middle of a very walkable area in the city, with some neat sites and lovely restaurants to explore. The room itself is comfortable and had good wifi.

Sathorn Mansion does not accept bookings from OYO nor Booking.com. Despite having a paid booking via the website, I needed to pay cash upon arrival. I have brought the issue to Booking.com, who called the issue a duplicate and dismissed it. I still have not received a refund.

DONT'T BOOK THIS HOTEL. This hotel runs a scam, accepting bookings even when it's already full.

Getting ripped off because they did not return money and charged twice the rate advertised

I had to pay twice for the room because the pre payment via booking.com was not accepted by the hotel and I still didn't get my money back from booking.com Additionally the price of the room was higher than offered by booking.com.
