Good and very clean hotel; and that's include the air-con, which is not so common to experience in hotel rooms in Asia. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and clever mix of Western/Asia.

The noice from visitors on the hallway was sometime very interrupting! Specially late night and also very early in the morning. It seems like parents do not understand that they can not let their kids play in the hallway with very noice screams and loud talks - then both the parents and their kids. Ps. we are talking about before 0600, and after 2300 in the night time. But we decided to not complain to the front desk when we leaved the hotel -- maybe our mistake not to talk to the staff about this unnecessary interruptions from other guests.

I like everything, the location of the hotel is very good. All staff are very friendly and cooperative. Housekeeping on the 17th floor her name is PUK she is very professional and she knows her work very well. She is a very nice and efficient lady. If anyone book this hotel try to stay on floor 17th. If you want the best housekeeping service.

The thing which I didn't like, was the housekeeping on the 8th floor. I was on the 17th floor and everything was good, especially housekeeping. And then they shifted me to the 8th floor when I entered the washroom on the 8th floor, it was so dirty and when the housekeeper came she didn't know how to handle things.

Have been travelling to Korat for ten years and this is the best hotel in the area we have stayed in so far. It's a new hotel everything is bright and fresh . We stayed in a studio king room which was just perfect. The roof top lounge and pool is lovely and allows a great view of the sun setting over the city each evening. Hotel gym is more than adequate with all new equipment Hotel staff without exception were professional and always smiling. Breakfast each day was of a good standard with a good selection of western and Asian choices available.

The only issue for me (and I know not everyone drinks) is that the hotel doesn't have an alcohol licence so can't sell alcoholic beverages. They do allow you to bring your own in but to me this is a great shame as the roof top lounge and eatery is the perfect location for an end of the day tipple . With the facilities on offer I really think the hotel is selling itself short with this.

The room was great, with fantastic views. Security was good, you have to use your key card to access the floors in the lift. The hotel is next door to Central Plaza with a walkway from the second floor across to the shopping centre. Breakfasts in the Hotel restaurant were excellent.

The fridge was a bit small storage wise for a family, it was a bar fridge with no visible thermostat.

We love the location. The room was good. No problems with the bathroom. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The gym was acceptable. Parking was good.

Gym needs more machines for resistance training. I was working out doing a 30 min quick super-set (chest and triceps) and some gym member came in after me and harassed me to use the machines I was working out with. My sets were nearly finished; but he was rude and impatient with me. There is not enough weight training machines in the gym, for sure.

A much bigger room than we're used to. Well decorated. and on the corner of the 12th floor, it had a guest fridge. It looks like the 'brochure' photos. Good shower.

You can see the building from a distance. We drove there. The signage at the entrance wasn't good & we almost went into the side road before the entrance. It also wasn't clear where to stop to unload. [Free] Guest parking is reserved on level 2 of the shopping mall next door and has a walkway into the hotel itself. Breakfast wasn't great, with processed ham and hot dog style sausage heated in hot water - I expected better.

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Access to the shopping centre next door from 1st floor was so convenient! The rooftop pool was stunning with great views. Rooms were really big and comfortable and had everything you needed! I'm not too sure about the the location as I was only there 2 days for a wedding, so I never really got a chance to explore, but the hotel itself was amazing!

Location and size of the room. The breakfast was really good, and well served and good blend of Asian and Western options to choose from. The top floor had great view over the city, and the Pool and restaurant area well mixed together.

The room service was not like you would expect from 4-star hotel. We had to make complains because of it. But it was really nothing so serious. Mostly late cleaning and lack of full-fill the requirement the hotel do by it self.

The Centara Korat is a very nice place to stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside from the lobby to the rooms. Everything is very clean and tidy. Our room on the 18th floor was spacious with a superb view from the big room window. The king size bed was huge and very comfortable, thankfully not soft. The bathroom and shower are excellent. A very nice plus is the rooftop pool on the 20 floor and the bar/restaurant with a small but tasty menu. They don´t serve alcohol, which I like, but you can bring your own if you really need to have a drink. All staff deserve a special mentioning, everyone is very friendly and well trained on her or his job.

There´s hardly anything not to like about this hotel. The location isn´t the very best, a bit outside from the city centre and except from the Central shopping Mall, directly connected with the hotel building, there´s hardly any infrastruture nearby.
