The hotel is located in a quiet area down a soi away from the main road. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was included. There are many things for Thai people and a few things for Western people. The hotel has a large car park with free parking.

The room has a large closet, which is nice, but there are only four coathangers. This is not much for two persons. The bathroom has a large shower cabin, which is nice, but the floor of the shower cabin is very slippery when it is wet. There should be a plastic mat on the floor of the shower cabin for safety.

I stayed here for a night and was impressed by how smoothly everything went, even with my very late check-in around 11 PM. The location is great — just a short walk from Bus Terminal 2. Despite not paying in advance, the staff had my room ready and waiting. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, offering a great start to the day. What really stood out was the staff's attention to detail — they found and returned my sunglasses during check-out before my taxi even arrived. A thoughtful and professional team. Highly recommend!

The receptionists need to improve their English speaking skills. They consistently responded to my messages on Booking.com in Thai, requiring me to translate them.

This isn't the first time I'm staying in this hotel. Although it's tucked away in an inner street, it's very close to the city center (Grab Scooter will take you to the Terminal 21 mall in 5 minutes). You are also walking distance away from a Seven-11 and a handful of local bars and restaurants. WiFi is good and you have a nice lobby to chill in after breakfast. Parking is a non-issue (EVs too) and rooms are clean, although not fancy in any way or form.

The rooms should have a safe locker. It's a basic facility today. Also, the TV is useless for expats as there are no English or cable channels. They also seem to stop heating the water at night. Nobody speaks English...

Although you have to walk 5 mins to the nearest coffee shops and Seven-11, it's pretty much in central Korat. The facility has been partially renovated and there seems to be an effort to improve the quality (I came here 6 months ago when things were going downhill). Despite lacking vegetarian options, the 24/7 food menu looks good.

I feel the place is a little overpriced. It's a good, comfortable, and safe facility, but paying 1000 Baht and upwards per night is a bit too much. You don't have any extras that justify it - no swimming pool, no fitness room, no spa, no rooftop bar. Also, it can be nice to have an English-speaking staff member in the reception.

Been at this hotel a few times and despite a notable drop in standards in 2023, I'm glad to report that things are back to normal. A solid place to stay in Korat, minutes away from Terminal 21 and the night market. WiFi is OK.

room is big enough . bathroom very good and modern. We chose the terraze because I smoke and is also big and confortable. Room very clean. good aircon. stuff very friendly and helpfull. 10 minutes to go to the nightmarket "save one" is so big market and good food. I love it. breakfast is good and place is beautiul. The buildint from outside looks little bit old, but when you enter everthing is perfect. Free parking!

nothing to complain

very reasonable price, deluxe rooms are very well presented and comfortable. Good breakfast (mainly Thai obviously). plenty of customer parking. on site dining or some good nearby restaurants. we always stay here when going through Korat now .

At present major roadworks on main road can make access via Google maps a little confusing but this is no fault of hotel .

Lovely hotel, Very modern with great decor and very comfortable, great room service food at low prices, superb breakfast. Close to the Maharat hospital. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing other than Front desk receptionist in the morning wasn’t a morning person, maybe just young and new to the job.

The hotel location is right in the city, very easy to commute. Also lots of parking lot including EV charging stations. The room is very clean, well prepared and the staff is helpful.

The breakfast room is quite packed comparing to the amount of guests, and not varieties of food. Mostly are Thai style breakfast and it's quite spicy. Overall the breakfast needs to be improved in food variety and space of dining.

Have stayed here a lot as it offers clean facilities with no fuss smorgasbord style breakfast included in the tariff. Staff have always been friendly. Always reasonable rates, with free parking if you are travelling elsewhere 😜

Very minor maintenance issues ( leaking shower). Size of cups in the room to make tea or coffee.
