We only stayed here one night, but the staff could not have been more friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was full of energy. It’s clearly a place where a lot of people go. I don’t know why I have the feeling that there’s a lot of people who stay here for a few days maybe for work, but that’s my impression.

The fitness center was missing the little pin that allows you to change the weights in the exercise machines that was my own disappointment

The room was very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - especially when I was waiting in the sun for 2 hours for a bus to take me into the station. I was nearly crying and rang the hotel and a lovely staff member gave me a lift. I can't express how grateful I am.

The ravioli in butter sauce and sage was a bit cold

There was a bit of delay with check-in due to technical difficulties but the lady on reception was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for three people. Breakfast was alright.

The pool was dirty so we couldn't go swimming, it was a little out of their swimming season so not a really bad thing. A pity the restaurant wasn't open for dinner,so we ventured out to town.

Not a very scenic or attractive location, in a run-down industrial/shopping estate. Staff were nice , helpful. Facilities generally very good, everything worked well and all nice and clean.

It is an older hotel, and was tidy but just had some minor maintenance required.

The breakfast was amazing! Nice selection of fresh fruit, eggs, beautiful breads, home made pastries and cakes. Great location with pretty patio and pool area. Hotel accommodations are dated but very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The crew was very attentive and supportive.

It is a bit far from the city center and there are not many restaurant around in a walking distance.

the location is right off the highway which is perfect for an overnight stay but the pool and garden were closed for an event so there was not much to do. the hotel is old and could be updated (the bathroom had moss)
