Location was very convenient for us, room and bathroom were clean.

The room we got was very small, we are a group of 4 adults and we were put in one room. One person slept on a pull-put sofa which left left little room for anything else. The price was very high given the quality and size of the room. Breakfast was not included and pricy. The first person arriving at the house felt not welcome by the host when we arrived.. This all left us disappointed.

Refund Request & Complaint – Unsafe and Misleading Dear Booking.com Support, I am writing to: 1. Dispute the false €95 charge sent by the property; and 2. Request a refund for our recent stay due to serious issues we experienced, including false advertising, safety concerns, and unacceptable disturbances. Details of our stay We booked a 4-bedroom stay for 4 adults and 3 children – strictly within the guest limit. The accusation of “extra guests” is completely false. We did not exceed the number of guests booked. However, the problems we faced were far more serious: • The listing claimed there was air conditioning, but there was none – during the summer heat, this caused severe discomfort for my family. • On one night, the property hosted a loud, late-night pool party with flashing lights and music, disturbing all guests. With more 150 attendees, DJs and people circulateding in the corridor where we were sleeping. We never been informed until we arrived by this overwhelming party. • Most concerning: an unknown individual attempted to enter our room during the night, and security had to be called. This was deeply distressing and made us feel unsafe. • The overall experience was chaotic, disorganized, and nothing like what was advertised.
