Great breakfast, roof terrace very nice, several pool areas and even a small gym, although it could be better equipped. Room was nice and clean with a very nice view. Lots of shopping areas in the vicinity.

I was real happy to see there was a gym but it's very poorly equipped. There's an incline bench press with a few plates but there aren't a whole lot of pairs. One cable cross too, other than that it's all cardio. But still, it's something.

Staff make this hotel the venue to stay and return to. The location is ideal for exploring. Standard rooms are equally as good as junior suites, really not that much different apart from a bath and arm chairs.

Breakfast is the same every day. While I appreciate the standard of GHL, many guests are in the religion to celebrate and explore it's diversity. We can get the same everywhere else in Colombia so it would have been great to see you showcase local produce and cuisines. The restaurant is great when the weather is cool, needs investing in for ceiling fans and a powerful air con unit or more.

Very well located hotel with a beautiful view, swimming pool and pools on the roof, close to shopping centers and stores. Very friendly staff, always attentive, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Classic, efficient buffet breakfast. Recommended!

Check-in could be a little quicker, we had to wait a little. No big deal!

My wife wasn't feeling good. She looked pale and needed to lie down. We arrived before 3pm but the counter people took care of us but letting us in the room early. Thank you.

The spa had two girls in it. One running the desk and one dressed like a professional massage person. They showed me the massage packages available and I thought the prices were a little high but decided to go ahead and schedule. But then they said they had no openings on Sunday. They were booking for the following day. We would be gone by then. If two people are standing around doing nothing. You would think they would hussle up some business. And make the time .

Room was very large, air conditioning great, view and bed was great. The pool area was beautiful, the steam room always hot. Marta, the housekeeper, was excellent. Always clean, always convenient, always cheerful and attentive.

What is it with wi-fi in Colombia ? No one can seem to get it right...the constantly dropped calls, frozen videocalls, and even listening to music is always a challenge. The shower dribbled rather than 'showered' and took a long time to get hot.

The property is very well located. I liked the placement of the pool and tarrace.

I didn’t like that you need to have a cap for swimming in the swimming pool and that it closed so early. But also jacuzzi was a little bit dirty.

The location was good. We only stayed one night.

I was charged for two nights. It took weeks to get my refund on my credit card. They asked for another piece of identification when I showed my passport. They said it was not sufficient evidence to prove that I live in the United States for tax purposes.
