The stay at the hotel is very wonderful. Nice reception by the hotel staff. The service is very good. The level of cleanliness is great. I found flexibility in the hotel's dealings with regard to check-in and check-out.

Everything was great in the hotel We came to attend a wedding in the same venue and everything was perfect All the staff was great and I would like to thank Sozan in the front desk in the night shift and another lady in the morning shift I apologise to her I didn’t know her name Both were so helpful and welcoming and are really the true face of this hotel I also like to thank Mohammed from the breakfast staff who worked relentlessly to please all guests

One thing unfortunately I had an accident in the bathtub as there are no handles I slipped and my chest hit the edge of bathtub and later to discover I fractured rib Please install handles in bathtub

My stay at the Grand Millennium was fantastic! The hotel’s cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every morning, I enjoyed a luxurious and extensive breakfast. The view of the city from my room was so beautiful that I didn’t even turn on the TV! Suzan, the guest relations manager, was absolutely amazing. I travel all over the world and visit many places, but this stay exceeded all my expectations. I would like to thank the team for their great service, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience. I will definitely be returning soon with my family. Thank you, Grand Millennium!

The internet speed is below average unfortunately, and the TV programs are not activated such as (YouTube, Netflix.. etc) I faced a difficult trying to connect my mobile to casting on TV.
