People assistance great and kind really outstanding, providing all the needed support. Location near the Bazaar and the older park in Suleimaniyah made the position of the hotel very useful, too. Cafeteria served good espresso coffee, too!!! Suites are located in the new wing of the hotel, all new, room equipped with smart-control system really advanced and appreciated.

In my case, the cleaning of the room had to be made after call, don't know the reason my room wasn't made-up after left the room...

The hospitality was really nice the staff were welcoming and the room was ready for use and very clean also i asked for a crib for my child and the crib was already there when i arrived also the breakfast was really delicious and has a lot of kinds also the Guest relations (mrs. Kezan) was very professional and welcoming.

The hotel receptionists, guest relations and the guys on the main door were all suoer friendly, chatty and welcoming. Friendly faces in a place I had not been to before I was made to feel like the hotel was my home from home for the duration of my stay. They all spoke English which made things so easy for communicating. As I was there for newroz, they dressed in traditional clothing and looked amazing, with some celebrations right outside the hotel door. The room was pretty large and very clean, well stocked mini bar and good collection of bathroom amenities. Ultimately the bed was big and comfortable, I slept well. Breakfast was good in the panarama room on the 9th floor. Although they did not have milk alternative which was a shame, the choo e of breakfast items from hot and cold buffet was good if you wanted gluten free and lactose free with many vegetarian items. The food was good, I really enjoyed trying some.od the local food items too. The gym and spa were excellent, although only open to women during the daytime, men can go morning and evening. The pool. Was large and warm temperature, the steam room was really steamy followed by the ice ropm which was a new experience. There was a Turkish bath I didn't use too but it looked to be good. The staff were friendly there too. I did have a massage and the guy was a chiropractic masseur and I felt very confident in his ability and technique, put me at ease and did a good job for me.

There was a little noise from some building renovation but this was not too bad. Also a bit of noise from the event area near to my room, but it did not bother me too much. Other than that there was nothing negative.

Everyone at the hotel, including breakfast, restaurant and bar staff, reception and management, and all the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming , and put in extra effort to look after us. The Ramada is a big international hotel with all the services that you would except, but the friendliness made it feel like a home from home in our 2 week stay, and that was special. The food was delicious, with a wonderful breakfast spread and lots of choice for vegetarians in the restaurant ( good for me). The spa was a lovely treat on our day off from work, and the hotel was conveniently placed for walking to the old town, restaurants, museums and the park.

We made a last minute booking after a long journey to get to Sulaymaniyah and just wanted to rest and for things to go the right way after hitting a few roadblocks. From the minute that we arrived, the staff was awesome, they were expecting us and the room was much better than I anticipated. Everyone that we came in contact with, greeted us with a smile and were willing to help. We arranged a taxi to the airport thu the hotel since we would be leaving in the middle of the night and before I had any notifications from the airline, the front desk called us to let us know that our flight had been delayed. Their early notification made all the difference because it gave us enough time to change our travel plans since we would now missed our connecting flight and to notify family members that we were planning to meet in our next destination. I have nothing to but positive things to say about our experience at the hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

A comfortable, delightful stay. Impressed by the warm welcoming from all the staff, especially Ms. kizhan. Impressed by the 24/24 hr service offered and by the facilties the hotel has. Very elegant restaurants with a wide range of cuisines. Having a defined time for women using the swimming pool and spa facilities was one of a kind.

It was my first stay here .. it’s sure not going to be the last … I tried so many 5 stars hotel in Sulaymaniyah.. all are excellent.. but RAMADA is the best from my point of view … the hospitality the manners .. the professional and welcoming stuff they have .. they make all your dreams come true .. honorable mention Mrs. KIJAN and Mrs. PAYVEEN .. no words can thank them ..

Location is perfect, staff was really friendly and professional especially Ms. Kizhan who helped us during our stay and was cooperative and contacting us even before we reach the hotel to meet our demands.

Nothing actually, we will come more often and our company and our expats will stay at Ramada too.

The location of the Breakfast was so good. However, the variety of the items served could be improved.

The staff were so helpful and polite. The location is very good as it is close to all spots. The car park was spacious and easy to access.

The breakfast was great, a wide variety of food offered daily. Fresh bread is a major bonus. The beds are comfortable, the food from room service is amazing, the gym is rather large and the saunas are okay.

The drilling at 8 in the morning woke us up both of the days we stayed at. Also, we asked for a non-smoking room and received a room with an ash tray. The staff constantly asking us to write a 10 star review - otherwise this would have been a 9.
