I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Nagpur, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. First and foremost, I want to highlight the impeccable service provided by Sharma. His attention to detail and genuine concern for the guests truly made my stay memorable. Whether it was ensuring that my room was comfortable or recommending the best dishes at the hotel restaurant, Sharma went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is luxurious and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The dining options at the hotel are also exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious dishes to suit every palate.

We stayed 5 nights as tourists. Although disappointed with the tourist attractions, the hotel was great!! Many attractions were closed or under maintenance, so we spent a fair bit of time in the hotel. We loved our room and the breakfast. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

We struck bad timing and the pool was closed for maintenance. In five days we didn't see maintenance being done...shrug. The pool is in shade for a good part of the day.

I have forgotten the names of the servers in the restaurant... but they were exceptional. Greeted us each morning like they have been waiting for us to show up. Felt like coming home when we arrived each breakfast and dinner.

Difficult to get currency - smaller bills - always said the person was not available or they had to call them in for a special request...

Excellent hospitality…. Overall staff are good .. but I have to take one name of front desk executive Ms Sudha , I stay in hotel 2 time in this month ..both time for checkin and checkout Ms Sudha was there .. who gave prompt and hassle free experience while doing all formalities.. Very good hospitality provided from her as guest . Excellent Hotel . Cheers .

Food quality can improve little being such good hotel

It's a business hotel that exudes peace and comfort. The location is ideal from both, railway station and airport. I had a truly pleasant experience given the spacious and clean rooms, prompt service and cordial staff. The breakfast spread is amazing as is the a-la-carte experience. Had a great time. Thank you!

Great location and facilities

The hotel charged my card with the Booking cost with out informing me prior to my actual check in at the hotel. while I am aware it was a pay at hotel option but the hotel is expected to atleast confirm with the guest prior to charging the card as a no show

Good and generally okay

The air conditioner function was not working and the rooms was too cold, even after I had requested them to attend the ac mechanic did not do any thing and tried to tell me something that was not right.

Good and wide variety of spread for Breakfast, relished it - Thank you.

Had requested Service Team o arrange flowers as I was attending a marriage. Despite all assurances and promises, the Hotel failed to deliver. This was a disappointment.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff managed to be very helpful without being too intrusive. Breakfast had some European choices with a very good egg station. Close to Nagpur main airport too.
