location and overall cleanliness. rooms adequate and bright. Booked breakfast but was annoyed as coffee machine was being cleaned, at breakfast, come on! No kettle or hot water for tea/coffee. Was continental but not very good, lots of cafes nearby would have been a better choice. Yes we'd go back. Had paid parking, lots of shops, bars etc within easy walking and good local transport

Staff wearing jeans and T-shirts at breakfast, not at all professional and looked scruffy, not a good image. Behind the counter/reception staff were excellent though.

No advance payment necessary. Payment with card on arrival. Hotel was easy to find. Very friendly and competent staff. Check-in was unproblematic and fast. Room on ground floor simple to access. Room small but comfortable. Bathroom spotless and modern, shower spacious and immaculate.

No possibility of making tea or coffee in room. :-(

The breakfast was good and the location of hotel is ideal, being near the city center. The parking option was also an added value.

No kettle in the rooms to boil water for tea. One of the big towels was not clean; it had black spots on it.

Parking, we did not know we needed to buy that separately. Ten euros a night is not a cheap option. There should be an option for hourly parking as well.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel parking has to be booked with the hotel in advance for 6 euros a night. Alternatively, there is also a parking garage close by for the same price.

Great little hotel and just a short from bus and railway station. Handy for main shopping area and a short walk from the stadium.

Room would be quite small for two people with four pieces of luggage, but that was not the case, though it could have been. Good breakfast.

Was good closed all the city. Everything was good, but they don’t have any drinking water for the customers which is very bad

Breakfast was ok. Underground parking very convenient.

Rooms very small. A larger suitcase can hardly be opened. For a couple the room is small. For single travelers ok.
