The staff were exceptional. Our hotel room was large and comfortable. We chose the superior room for the space and it was decorated in a v grand country house style so felt like staying in a private house rather than a hotel. The sauna and steam room were excellent. Booking.com did not offer a gold option when we booked as so last minute but that included breakfast and dinner which is a very good option as eating out in the Alberg region is v v expensive and also gets booked up way in advance. The food was fabulous. We ate out only once on our first night and then stayed "in" every evening. The Reception desk, bar staff and waiters were charming, engaging, helpful and informative. And only a short walk to the lifts. In house ski/boot rental and ski pass purchase. We were there for 5 days and they could not have been more happy.

We have returned to Hotel Edelweiss many times, and we will go back next year. Comfortable, classy and right next to the skilift and meeting point for the classes. Very friendly staff

It’s elegant, classy and stylish. I booked 8 rooms and the hotel upgraded my room for being the leader of my group. The staff were so fri madly and helpful.

Evening meal was good, but expensive for rather small main courses. Not much going on in Zurs - only other options for dinner were other hotels, which weren't easy to get tables in.

Very pleasant hotel with some stylish and quirky aspects, loved the blend of quality and character that pervades an eclectic atmosphere. Breakfast is superb, varied and plentiful.

Good breakfast. Very helpful staff - happy to arrange ski passes at reception and the hotel was able to agree a late check out. The hotel is very conveniently located for public transport. The 91 bus between Langen am Arlberg railway station and Lech stops right outside the hotel (Zürs Arlberghaus) as does the 92 to St Anton railway station in the evenings - during the day the 92 stops at the Trittkopfbahn about 200m away.

Large room with a lot of storage spaces, delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of different options also can order from breakfast menu, attentive and friendly staff, short walk to all Zurs lifts.

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, quiet rooms.

It's expensive, but maybe that is normal for the area.
