The staff communicates clearly and openly in three languages. They are helpful and practical. The room is clean and air-conditioned, and it's not far from the beach, though the beach here isn't very nice.

Breakfast was advertised to be available until 10:00, but the staff started clearing the food around 9:30. This meant that anyone arriving around 9:50 had limited options. While this wasn't an issue for us, it could be inconvenient for others. To avoid this, breakfast should either be advertised until 9:30 or the staff should wait a bit longer before clearing the food.

The property was beautiful and well-maintained with comfortable, air-conditioned seating areas near the lobby and in the restaurant. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff were knowledgeable about the region, suggested excellent tours and excursions, and were happy to help arrange visits to local wineries. The quality of the food at the hotel was also fantastic. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, so that even after 5 days, one can still have something new everyday if desired. The dinner menu also left nothing to be desired. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The proximity to the local beach was a real highlight. The water is so clear that you can snorkel and see sea sponges, sea cucumbers, fish, etc. all in a bed of sea grass. We also took advantage of the very affordable SUP rental.

I only spent one night at the Ortus Hotel. The location is good, the area is quiet. The rooms were small but clean and the staff was friendly.

The only thing that bothered me was the breakfast. I was particularly bothered by the poor quality. One bell pepper is nice, the other is already brown, the salami is the cheapest, the eggs get tough. The biggest minus for me was the breakfast

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and calm environment, just outside the city limits. The center can easily be reached with a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in very good condition, the beds are comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the accompanying "real coffee" was a very pleasant surprise.

for four people (two adults, two children), the junior suite is a bit small. Next time I would definitely book two separate rooms :)

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was superb. Parking facilities were spacious. Free private sauna with our stay.

When you choose half board and you stay a longer time, some dishes will return e.g. soup and desserts. This can be easily improved. Some guests were smoking while non-smokers had dinner or breakfast. This is really unpleasant. There should be a seperate space. We stayed for 8 nights, the towels were changed daily when asked but we didn’t got the feeling the room was properly cleaned.

Very friendly staff attendif to our needs and who helped us with all our inquiries, which provided recommendations on what to visit and how to get there. We also enjoyed the nights with life concerts. We even received a free upgrade with balcony for our room.

Food was too salty with a peculiar taste, we could not eat the roast beef. The air conditioned was not working properly but the staff tried to do their best efforts to solve the issue.

The hotel seems fresh and clean, all the facilities were functioning well, and the sauna was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious and had many varieties. The receptionist was extra nice and helpful, definitely recommend it.

The floor in the shower seems to be a bit to dangerous, suggest to put extra carpet to avoid accidents, but again it didn't ruin our stay at all.

The room had a weird smell, the breakfast was a little disappointing (could be more diverse). We ate dinner from a la carte menu and the main dish was cold and not tasty.

We only stayed for one night but liked the quiet environment, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room/hotel, and the excellent breakfast on the outdoor terrace (only the filter coffee served at the buffet wasn't particularly great, but staff were happy to make you a fresh cappuccino right away when you asked them).

The breakfast was a little disappointing. We visited the hotel off-season so the breakfast was reduced.
