It is clean, comfortable and safe. There is WiFi in the room. The location is great - next to the mall and local restaurants, and a short ride away from the town. The staff are exceptional. Very friendly and always helpful. Whatever questions you have or whatever you need, you can just call or pop down and they help straight away. The view from the room is a great view of the city and the museum gardens.

The description says the room is soundproof and it definitely isn't! Also, one night I went to eat at the restaurant only to find it was reserved for a private function and I couldn't go in.

Ibis hotels are usually comfy and well run, in my experience, and this is a good one. Excellent beds, quiet despite being on busy road, friendly and helpful staff. Large and varied breakfast buffet (mostly Indonesian) and spotlessly clean. All good.

I could wish for hotter water. No pool.

The room is clean , bathroom also clean. Definitely love the breakfast, the choices given is wonderful. So many varieties. Close to the mall, walking distance.

The space in the bathroom is a bit narrow. Provide mineral bottle instead of refill jug, would love if you could change the refill jug to mineral water.

I love that the property is strategically located within walking distance from a shopping mall. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We love everything in Ibis Pontianak. Room is spacious, clean & comfy. Staffs are helpful & polite. Breakfast is great with wide variety of choices. Value for money & worth staying. Near town area and close to Ayani Mega Mall. Convenient location. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Nice buffet breakfast. 24 hours reception and ideal location from the airport and downtown, Parking facility is available onsite and there is security officer onsite to assist guests and traffic/car park management. Overall great experience and highly recommended
