Very close to the beach and to the Selinunte archeological site. Staff was very friendly and helpful, considering there is no elevator, they will bring luggage to your room. Breakfast had mostly cakes and sweets (that’s the Italian way), yogurt and fruit but they also have cheese and cold cuts upon request (no additional charge). The breakfast staff will make a nice cappuccino or espresso or any other hot drink as per your request. Some lactose free products are also available. Overall a good experience

Great value for money in clean rooms directly across the road from the beach. This is an older style hotel. We stayed in a seaview room. Our room opened up into a huge shared patio/balcony. We got takeaway pizza from next door and played cards all night which was great. You also get a voucher to use at the beach across the road for an umbrella and 2 sun chairs.

Great family run property and really nice, they were always very helpful and the son spoke great English, even helped my son learn some Italian! Decent breakfast in the morning, nothing fancy but got the job done. No frills but clean and well maintained, older property.

Very dated, could use an update but it is what it is. Old building and town and probably cost prohibitive for them to invest in it as much as would be needed. But it does the job and staff almost entirely made up for this.

Beautiful location across from the beach, wonderful helpful staff and a very welcoming French owner who greeted us like old friends in several languages! Very nearby was a beach lido and lunchtime restaurant with just the best salads and who's lovely staff invited us all to taste yesterday's pressed olive oil. Next door the Perriot restaurant and bar was an easy find for dinner and well worth the five steps to reach it. The view from the terrace and beach up to the Selinunte Archeological Park and temple of Hera was an unexpected gift!

Not a lot - the beds were a bit bouncy so restless sleep caused some cursing! And the wonderful terrace was not exclusive and some other guests spread out into "our" area to smoke but politely moved when we came out.

The hotel is ideally situated (truly within walking distance) for a visit to Selinunte Archaeological Park. A beautifully located hotel which sits right on the water, providing a welcome sea breeze and sounds of the waves both day and night. The hotel staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The hotel furnishings were rather worn, but things were clean.

So much to love about Hotel Miramare Garzia. The location is excellent...easy to find, it was easy to park right across the street, the beach is right below, and there are a bunch of restaurants all around. The staff was fantastic, so helpful, and accommodating....I was upgraded to a sea view ( do book a sea view!) and it was great!... view of the sea and the beach and the side view of the archeological site. The hotel is older, but super clean. There is a small bar and a spacious breakfast room. Everyone was so nice...I hope to return to such a nice place.

We loved this place after experiencing a less than satisfactory B & B and so a welcoming host and staff on arrival was very much appreciated. Whist the room was a little tired it met all our needs. Breakfast was simple but satisfying - would definitely recommend a stay for anyone visiting Selinunte.

The stairs but we had ready assistance with our luggage so really not a concern

This charming little hotel from yesteryear is just perfect. The location in front of the beach is spectacular. The very large balcony with a view into forever is marvelous. The rooms are simple but nice and large, including the bathroom. A cloths drying rack was available for us on the balcony which is exactly what you need at the beach! The breakfast was served with love and our hostess made sure everyone was happy.

The hotel was located on the beachfront and was only a short distance from the Selinunte Archeological Park. Our room was very quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was great and plentiful. Although the hotel did not have a dedicated car park, there was plenty free parking in front of the hotel.

Amazing and kind service, clean room, just 1 minute away from the beach. They were even so kind to offer coffee at 5 AM when I was about to leave the hotel.
