Very easy check in and out. Beds are comfortable. Little extras for guests to use is very smart and thoughtful. I've been fishing in Rockport since I was a kid and I'm in my 50's now. Location and private pier is awesome for fishing 24/7. Amenities are great. Perfect for spur of the moment or planned longer stays. We only stayed 2 nights but would love to stay longer if the fragrance issue is addressed.

The only two things that would've made this a perfect stay was the ceiling fan light was out and the strong fragrance of what smelled like a cheap man's cologne was overwhelming during the entire stay and never went away or diminished. It was so strong we ate all our meals and snacks out. Otherwise it would've been perfect. Would love to book again if the fragrance issue was addressed.

The location was great! It is on the water w a private fishing pier. The room is not facing the ocean, but you just walk around the corner to it. This room is on the 1st floor. The beds are comfy. They keep 2 folding chairs & an ice chest in the room. There are fishing poles & tackle box in the room, but it looks like people have taken most the stuff out of the tackle box. I recommend bringing your own. The boards games were a great addition! we played one every night before bed. The host responds to questions promptly & is very friendly. the resort has a pole & hot tub.

We where under the impression by the pictures on booking.com this was a ocean front condo. It was not. It faced the parking lot.

The room was great and we like fishing on the pier. We have stayed here many times and really enjoy it.

I really enjoyed the location so much, it felt more like a beach house than a hotel. I loved being able to message back& forth with the owner as well. The provided games were so cute as well as the provided chairs& fishing gear.

Nice facility, enjoyed the pool immensely (esp with the high temps). Bonus with provided fishing pools and very comfortable bed and clean room. Had everything we needed and host was very gracious, esp when I went beyond check out time cause I was out fishing!

Maybe needs some upgrading, but it was comfortable and homey!

I loved how everything was provided from bath and body works to fishing gear with a ice chest! It was very comfy and made you feel at home!

The AC unit was too loud and kept me awake. I had to put a pillow over my head (but I am a light sleeper)
