The location was great. Hotel parking was great, plenty of room for big trucks and boats. Hotel had a pool and plenty big for guest in the breakfast area. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Rooms have fridge and microwave. There’s an ice machine too so that’s convenient. Also there’s laundry room in case you need to wash. There’s electric charging stations for your electric car. Breakfast was great the only advise is have more options of coffee creamers.

I didn’t like that the restroom in our room was not fully cleaned. When I walked in I noticed the toilet was not cleaned fully when I lift the toilet seat. Also they didn’t refill the shampoo or body soap. Thankfully I needed to go shopping and bought some so I didn’t have to have someone go into our room. There’s no one at the front desk. I like when hotels have someone at all times because guest need help at times. That’s not good in my opinion on running a business. Staff was friendly and nice I just think there should be someone on front desk at all times ready for guest as they walk in.

It was in a great location close to everything we wanted to do.

Some of the other people staying at the hotel were loud . Not the hotel staffs fault just disregard for other people staying in the hotel. Also the bed was a bit too firm for us and wish there had been a little more variety at breakfast but it was not bad for complementary breakfast.

The hotel staff were polite and professional. The few booths just outside the dining area were a nice option for a bit of privacy and provided charging stations. There are ample parking spaces.

When we checked in our room was still occupied with clothes out and suitcases on the bed. On one day during our stay we were not able to enter from one of the side entrances with our room key. Another guest was having the same issue. We had to walk around to the front of the hotel to enter. However management was very quick to apologize, address and correct these issues.

Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, staff was great and super nice. They made sure our room was ready upon our late check in with two kiddos. Laundry room was nice and clean, ice machines all working.

We didn’t realize we had to ask for cleaning service until our second day and we had a mound of towels but when we were told they kindly followed us up to take the dirty towels and leave fresh ones.

We loved the breakfast, it’s very convenient. Everything was clean for the most part, the hotel had things we didn’t think to bring. Other guests staying there were very nice. It was a nice little drive to the beach, definitely will come back.

The lock in our room was very hard to close, kinda scary if an emergency would of happened.

Staff was great , good location

The pool had green algae inthe bottom of the pool . And housekeeping it took us three days for two of our rooms to get clean. I think they were short staffed.

Smells great when entering lobby, really nice staff especially at breakfast, breakfast tasted good, gym equipment was neat and clean, pool in great condition, room was great!

Hotel was in a great location. Easy to get where we needed to go. Very nice facilities. Quiet too. Breakfast was good as well.

Some pillows on the bed had a bad odor, but staff changed them out quickly.

The front desk staff was very helpful,breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were on top of things and were checking to see that they didn't run out of anything. I didn't meet any staff member that didn't have a smile on their face.

the weather... nothing else

The breakfast was awful, I brought my mother for a little stay back in June and she tried the breakfast one morning and that was it, we went out to eat breakfast. Maybe instead of offering breakfast just give a discount in the room pricing.

only the breakfast, sorry but I just did not care for any of the items offered.
