Adequate breakfast with pancakes, muffins, hot coffee and fruit in a clean dining area. The room was clean and the shower was hot with plenty pressure. The bed was comfortable. The desk clerks were very nice and helpful and seemed to be local ladies that knew the area.

Apparently water was not squeezed out of the mop sufficiently when the room was mopped because water was still puddled on the new floor tile making it slippery and sticky. The bed has a metal frame (like sheet metal) and when getting in or out of the bed, it sounded like a gong when bumped. The bed was not made the next morning during our weekend stay.

I absolutely loved the location, I'm a mom and having a walmart, heb, and restaraunts minutes away was the best! It's also minutes from the State Park and beach. The cherry on top was having access to an onsite pier that we used to fish all night. The hotel was very spacious, clean and had a pool. Breakfast was free and very good! Staff had that great southern hospitality. Couldn't have asked for more. We ended up catching a 50' alligator gar

Unfortunately the pool was closed off due it getting dirty, so we were unable to enjoy the pool.

Everything was great. Wonderful clean room. Fishing Pier, and breakfast were awesome. Most personnel were warm and friendly. Despite awkward encounters with Toni , We will stay here again.

The lack of customer service offered by reservation clerk Toni. We wanted to extend our stay, and wanted to secure a first floor room , was told by Toni it was above her pay grade to ensure that and that we could book online if we want Choice reward points and discount.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn @ Rockport. We loved the breakfast menu, it was the best tasting waffles we’ve had in a while. The room was clean and spacious. However, we would have liked more seating in the room other than at the table. The location was a great spot for fishing; with a pier right across from the hotel. As well as the pool and outdoor seating areas.

This place was a nice surprise. Very spacious, room and bathroom super clean, king bed comfortable. Room has vinyl flooring, which we much prefer to carpet in other hotels which can retain dirt and odor. Room felt airy and fresh. Hotel is in a quiet area, just outside the edge of town... a perfect spot for a three-day base to go out for day trips to other sights. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. We enjoyed relaxing out on the dock in the morning with our coffees. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was great, pier was amazing, hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wonderful location! Would definitely come back here. Rooms were spacious and clean! Pool was great too!

Shower head in bathroom was spitting water outside the shower all over the floor. Beds were a little hard and when you sat on them or would roll, the metal thing underneath them would make a bang noise. My non-smoking room was next to a smoking room and the people next to us would smoke and our whole room smelt like smoke for the night.

Breakfast was ok the scrambled eggs need more flavor needs real butter and salt they were cooked in some type of oil no flavor. Coffee was weak .We only ate once at Quality Inn. We both ate at J.J. Cafe for breakfast. The location was great and the view of the ocean beautiful.

Need to Mop room every day my feet were black and dirty walking on floor. Staff mopped the floor. Cigarette butts everywhere out in front of our room in small bucket's Set up Nice looking big tall pots with designs with Sand in them for the smoking public put butts in pots. This is safety for the Quality Inn. Thank you.

The location was great, breakfast was good, beds could have been more comfortable, smoke detectors were missing, no usb outlets, tub needs updating damaged and drains slowly. The staff was great! Parking was ok. We had a truck and boat trailer, and even though the parking lot was full, we still found parking. The pier is beautiful and wasn't busy.

It's a bit out of date, but clean.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, there was a choice of eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins and some fruit (mandarin oranges and apples). No bananas. The hotel was close to the water and had its own fishing pier which was really nice.

The room had been sprayed with some kind of freshener which was overwhelming. Once it began to wear off the room had a musty smell to it. The juice machine was out of order so our only choices for beverages was coffee, water or boxed grape juice.

Breakfast is always amazing, my children love the waffles. They have a wide selection of breakfast items to choose from. My husband and I like to stay in hotels that doesn’t feel like being in a city. So these are nice because they have bbq pits, and outside tables to enjoy a quick lunch. They are pet friendly, and we love to bring our yorkies so this is important to us.

The things I didn’t like are not in the hotels control. There were people driving around recklessly, screaming from the top floor to people on the bottom floor. It was very uncanny.
