Needed designated parking signs for our room. Two of the rooms by the pool did not have signs. Pool maintenance (I skimmed it out for us and others thought I worked there, floor of pool needed vacuuming) Common room (needs repairs, looking outdated, no hot water to do dishes, few pans or bowls for cooking) NEED working VENT the BATHROOM In-room 4 cup coffee pot provided - BUT didn't know we should bring our own coffee AND filters Broken lock on the pier

I have stayed approximately 10 times and thou I requested a cottage in the back I was given #20 which is too close to the road so was noisy plus the traffic driving thru the property. Plus the guys with their big trucks that have to leave it running 10# minutes prior to exiting. The AC unit is #20 is especially loud upon turning on Both of the ceiling fans are dusty

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Had a great pool and hot tub .

You had to strip your own bed and put the sheets and towels in a laundry bag. You also had to take the trash out . No ice machine. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee. This resort does not offer breakfast.

It is so cute and charming. Close to everything we needed in town. The fishing pier was well lit at night and close to the resort. The cabin was on one level so it made it easy for me (with knee issues) to manage. Plus parking was right outside the door, so unloading and loading was a breeze. The bed was super comfortable and the cabin came with everything we needed for the week. The pool was convenient and the hot tub was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it an extra day. Thank you PBR

The cottage was very roomy, and the facilities were excellent.

The mattress needs to be upgraded. It was way too soft for me to be comfortable for longer than 5 - 6 hours. I ended up sleeping on the couch for several nights.

We like how close it is to the water, and the pool and hot tub

we found roaches in the kitchen, I told the front desk, and she says that they were tree roaches, and that pest control constantly comes out. But that didn’t help me feel better at all another thing we do not like about the property he is having to pay before we get there, we like paying on the day we get there instead of online paying upfront

This is the second extended stay here and LOVED IT AGAIN! The cottage was very comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing! Enjoyed the pool and spa!

I understand it is under new management and will become an Airbnb. I am sad to hear that happen as the price to stay will increase and i may not be able to stay again. My parents live in Rockportand i have enjoyed staying in the cottages.. I hope you keep the staff as they are great!

Great location - Great town - Ample Room - Great BBQ Pit Area to hang out in with friends and family. WE are long term guest and always enjoy the stay.

Neighbors across from had music blasting loudly when coming in and would park in their spot and leave the truck running with music blaring so loud everyone's cottage windows shook. More needs to be done to respect noise ordnance and not be so intrusive to other people there relaxing.
