Very clean and charming! We had a delightful stay! The room was serviced while we were out at the beach, breakfast was delicious and complimentary, and dinner was good (but a little overpriced). Casey was particularly very kind at the front desk, and we will be back to stay for our next visit to Rockport! Family friendly, but we saw many couples as well. The dining area is very pretty with a beautiful bay view. No complaints!

The only thing we did not like was the cost of the dinner, we only ate at the restaurant once due to the prices, for what it was worth. The food was good, but it should have been half the price. Overall, a great stay!

The hotel is right on the water with beautiful big windows to see the water while you eat breakfast. I loved this! Breakfast was great and started really early ( 6am some days), which allowed us to get out on the water to fish. The staff was helpful and polite. The pool was great, and had pool towels so you didn't have to bring your own. I also loved the access to the peer right in front of the hotel. The air conditioner worked well, but was really loud. It didn't bother me, but I could see some not liking that. The toilet would keep running if we didn't jiggle the handle. Overall, we had a great experience.

It was my first time in Rockport, so I wasn't aware that you could not get into the water at the hotel. When the hotel was on the water, I thought we would be able to swim in the ocean there. Also, the check-in time was 4pm. Most places I have been to, if your room is ready, they will let you in early. The Lighthouse Inn had an early check-in fee if your room was ready and you checked in early.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, containing everything we needed. The restaurant was of decent quality with good sized meals. The shore side and pier were very nice. The reception gentleman on our arrival was very welcoming and helpful. The Boiling Pot restaurant, which is a great experience, is just across the street.

My wife was told that she had too many questions by a female receptionist (when my wife enquired about the guest laundry)and we had the impression that she wasn’t really a people person, which is a pity in such a nice hotel.

The whole family enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Loved the location, staff was awesome. Hotel appears to be older but is very well kept up and updated. Pool area and all grounds were amazing.

We had the elevator fail but it was Memorial Day weekend so they had difficulty getting repaired, certainly not their fault. That being said, the Staff did everything in their power to help the guests including carrying heavy items up and down the stairs; a five star effort for sure!

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the room we stayed in. Right on top of the water which is what we wanted. So very relaxing and quiet. My husband and I celebrated our 41st anniversary there so it was a beautiful quiet room. Away from noise or distraction.

Could have used different choice in pillows and the refrigerator smelled a little funky . But overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location for all. The pool was happening on one side of the building and on the other side of the building was some great fishing. In my opinion, one of the greatest places in Rockport to dine, the boiling pot, was right across the street. Plenty of nightlife bars to choose from within very close walking distance. We chose the Sugar Shack. Live music was all over though. In the morning the breakfast was great. It was real food, no powder eggs, along with a beautiful view of the ocean while enjoying the great breakfast.

We had a plumbing issue, but who knows, could have been one of my kids, in one room.

The property is perfectly situated on the bay. Get a ground level, ocean facing room so you can walk right out and catch some catfish for dinner!

Turndown service was by request, which makes it feel like you’re putting someone out for an expected travel experience. Also, wish the staff would observe the posted dining hours and not clean up 30 minutes early, sending diners away after an 8 hour drive.

The Inn was delightful, it reminded me of the movie "Somewhere in Time". We were on the water and just loved it. The breakfast was really good. The little reading room was nice.

The A/C was a little loud and the bath could use a little upgrading. But we really liked the feeling of the Inn.

The breakfast buffet was great, the staff kept it going up to the last second which was great for the stragglers that we watched coming in. The water station was nice, and the coffee bar is always a good place to go to.

Our fridge in the suite is rusting out, the small toilet in a suite was very uncomfortable and the bed felt like you were on a waterbed it was all over the place like no infrastructure

It was a wonderful experience! We had booked with a different hotel down the street initially, but it was unclean and we immediately asked for a refund and booked here within 5 min! It was clean, the pool was beautiful, and the breakfast was yummy. The best part was the 24/7 access to the pier for fishing! We definitely had some family bonding here fishing all night!
