A rather unprepossessing building externally but I had a surprisingly lovely bedroom, well fitted out with excellent views. Centrally situated and ideal for exploring Belluno. Pleasant reception and restaurant staff. Access to adjacent restaurant and bar and only a short walk to a large variety of other restaurants and bars in and near the city’s main square.

The hotel only has one lift serving five or six floors (including basements). However the most annoying thing about the place is the noise. I had a west-facing room with a wonderful view but it was also directly above the bar. As others have said, the music noise from the bar was considerable. On my second night, even with double glazing, it was like trying to sleep next door to a nightclub whose DJ was determined to ensure that I didn’t!

The room was beautiful, with a massage tub. We enjoyed the interior design of the room. The staff was extremely kind. The hotel also has its own restaurant, with a large terrace and delicious food. The hotel is located in the city center.

We didn’t know we had to reserve parking, so they sent us to the city garage. But in the end, they still managed to find one parking spot for us.

The room was spacious and modern. Good bed and plenty of sockets around the room. Bathroom was also modern with powerful shower. The hotel's location is good and have excellent views from the bar balcony.

The fancy air conditioning was almost non existent. Even when set to 16 the room wasn't cooled down at all which made it a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was a little basic.

Location perfect-hotel clean and comfortable- staff friendly and helpful- would stay again if i could get a better rate

Parking is hit and miss- hotel parking limited and off street parking by meter if you can find a space- traffic persons will put a ticket on the car if you don't have a valid parking ticket- max time 45 minutes and it starts at 8am in the morning.

Massive room, very clean. Great temperature and comfortable bed.

Our room was directly above the bar and restaurant which played loud music until 11:00 - 11:30pm which made it impossible to sleep. Fine if you like to stay up late but an issue if you want to get an early night sleep.

No kettle to make coffee or tea in your room! Not for years have I ever stayed in a hotel room without this facility. One would have to order from the Bar and then wait for it. Totally impractical!!

This hotel is in a perfect Belluno location. You're within walking distance of the bus station and then right outside the town plaza. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after being on Alta Via 1 for a week and there was a spa available on the lower levels. Breakfast was easy and of restaurant quality. You just filled out a form on arrival and the next morning sat down to a waited meal.

Honestly, I cant think of anything they could have improved.

Staff, location, and general facilities were great! They stored our luggage for us and brought it to our room on arrival. Great stop for the Alta Via!

Tv didn’t work in our room, view was at ground level of a front loader doing some construction work each morning.

The staff went above and beyond to welcome us. We arrived after doing the AV1 hike to find our room ready early and our bags in the room! We were also greeted with great energy and excitement! Would 100% recommend and will be back!

Very elegant rooms. Attention to all details. Spotlessly clean, nice architectural solutions, superb view to the city and the Alps. Strongly recommended with the only concern of bar customers at night.

The hotel offers a bar that can get a little noisy at night. We were able to hear people laughing and talking loudly outsite the bar and under the apartment's wimdows.
