The location and the premises are great. The private beach, aquapark, two pools and spa are really fantastic. As it was raining on one afternoon, we could spend a few hours in the spa area. Also, for 15 Euros, guests who have booked bed&breakfast can enjoy a great buffet dinner. The food was excellent. One more thing we liked was how kind all the staff members were. A special greeting to Ajla at the reception desk!

The insufficient cleanliness of the rooms. A five-star hotel should make sure the rooms are immaculate.

A lot of spaces for kids to go around near the lake, good views, good location, good rooms. Staff was friendly

No bar at the main lobby. You could not even have a coffee or a bottle of water. The beach bar is closed by 18:00 (17:45 actually) where actually the people were staying there a lot longer and it was needed to be at least 19:00.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Izgrev, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The staff deserves special mention—they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests. The hotel facilities, including the pool, spa, and dining areas, were top-notch. I look forward to returning in the future!

The rooms are clean, the view is nice. The aqua park is fun, the restaurants have good selection. I liked the breakfast. The indoor pool was very decent. Historic churches just 5 min from the hotel.

It's expensive. The wifi was bad. The beach in front of the hotel was modest, I recommend you use the aqua park. It's far from the city. There's too many stairs to climb, the elevator was not always available.

Peaceful location, away from the ordinary every-day city noise. The staff were very kind and forthcoming.

Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. The menu choices were limited and the food was hit-and-miss. There was absolutely no pork on the menu or at breakfast and the offered beef/chicken alternatives were subpar.

Location direct at the Ohrid lake makes this place special. The view from the room, 3rd floor was beautiful. The facilities are clear, they offer a great selection of breakfast with a panorama terrace. The staff is friendly.

Bit overpriced and you have to pay immediately on arrival, without being able to see the room first. The hotel is understaffed and would deserve a renovation, some of the facilities are outdated. 2nd half of June is obviously not the season, yet. Bar wasn't open and some areas weren't cleaned, yet.

We had very comfortable stay. The big Aquapark is of course very nice for the kids and it is nice that we could go anytime during our stay. We also enjoyed Hamam and the sauna.

Our room had a bad view so we went and spoke to Naum Baleski and he was able to sort us out with a room with amazing views over the lake. He was so helpful ,very polite, great castormer service,credit to your company. All the staff very friendly and polite.

There should be different varieties of breakfast available each day. The breakfast was the same every day a bit boring sorry.

Very clean, food was good, staff was excellent.

1.The wall between rooms is very thin. I could hear my neighbors even when they talked in a normal tone. 2. This might have been a mistake but the hotel reception called me on 7AM and just told me to wake up and hung up. That was kind of weird and it was unpleasant to disturb my sleep.

Тотално непрофесионално однесување на персоналот за чистење на собата кои послем чистење на собата оставија пикавци во собата. Во СПА Центарот и Аква Паркот се примаат гости од надвор, а најчесто за гостите на хотелот нема место. Келнерите за време на доручекот се тотално неажурни, масите им се стално нечисти, со оставени чинии, чаши, од претходниот гостин што јадел.
