The room was spacious, clean and warm with a clean bathroom. The room had a small refrigerator. The best part for me was the staff. I found the manager, Emilija, to be super friendly, helpful and intelligent with helping me with info on local transportation choices and with troubleshooting some travel issues. Breakfast was great and plentiful, smartly organized such, that it is a buffer, when they have lots of guests and «a la cart“, when not. All staff were friendly and nice. There are 2 supermarkets next door, and a great „hole in the wall“ burger/pleskavitca place half way towards bus station. Highly recommend!

Nothing really, but the rooms towards the main Street are a bit noisier ( the cars, but not major traffic) and with lights at night, although there are dark curtains in the room for those sensitive to light. Also, the hotel is frequent with hosting big groups and if they are teenagers and it is after 23:00, it could be noisy. The hotel needs to communicate better with group supervisors to ensure the teenagers don’t run in the corridors giggling after 23:00.

Very helpful and cooperative staff. The lady at checkin was very hospitable. She let me checkin early since a room was available and that sure was helpful and saved me several hassles later in the day. I had a bit of a hassle with the thermostat in the evening and the gentleman from the reception fixed it soon enough. The room itself was spacious and comfortable even if a little noisy during the part of day I was in because it was on the first floor and faced the street in front. The night was quite peaceful and I had a great sleep. It was nice to have an inclusive breakfast in the price and since I only stayed a night, I found it quite reasonable in terms of spread and variety. Locationwise, while it is a little distance from the old town... I was looking for something walkable from the bus station for my luggage and this was barely a 5min walk, so it was perfect for me.

Nice property located in the heart of Ohrid, just close to the city's main attractions and conveniently close to the bus terminal. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioner in the room was making a disturbing noise. The room wasn't properly cleaned. I found a lot of hair both in the bedroom and the bathroom.

I stayed at Hotel Village for a single night. The location is good, with a few shops nearby. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked great. The heating/airconditioning system is effective and very quiet.

The enclosure of the small shower is missing a panel; impossible to shower without getting water on the floor, which does not have a drain. Breakfast is served at 7:30; too late for me. There is no kettle, tea or coffee in the room.

It’s a recently refurbished hotel, nice friendly staff, great breakfast, felt safe and secure, and I’d recommend it as a great option in Ohrid. Really good value as well.

The location is pros and cons; it’s a bit of a walk to the main tourist sites, but it’s a fabulous location for access to the bus station, which we prioritised. At check in, they keep your passports and say come back in ten minutes, it made us feel a little nervous, but no issues of course. Would recommend, thanks very much.

Location was great to be near the bus station and 15min walk to centre. A couple supermarkets very close and a couple cafes within a few mins walk. Piccolo burger and pizza takeaway bar across the street is excellent with great staff too. Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful.

No kettle on the room. But when I asked they brought me one.

We got a very big room, with big bathroom and nice shower. Short walk from city centre, as we like. Safe parking in front of the hotel. We felt safe in the hotel.

Breakfast could be better. Some food that should be hot, was cold. Not much chioce, but fair enough for the hotel price.

Location was good because it is close to the bus station. It’s a 15 minute walk to the harbour, but I didn’t mind that. The room wasn’t big, but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and I even managed to grab something before the usual start time because I was rushing to get an early bus

A bit cramped for space in the bathroom. I did occasionally have difficulty with the key in the lock. Room 109.

Hotel was clean, almost attached to the supermarket. They also own a soft play area behind it and provided our child with free hour of play. Breakfast was very generous. It's a bit out of town, but only a 20-30 minute walk which was not a problem. Parking on premises was free. Good value for money, we would stay again

The rooms and the breakfast were superb. All of the family liked that the hotel is very near to the city center and easy to find. Also there is a close by shop from which you can buy local food.

The size of the bathroom was a bit small. The pillows were a bit soft.
