Overall experience is not matching a 5-star hotel - there are a lot of improvements needed, from stuff communication, food selection, spa availability etc.

Very nice hotel, at arrival we got upgraded to Seaview for free. The breakfast was good, the spa and the staff was also so very friendly. The spa had sauna and steam room and a nice pool.

The beach lake chairs were not the hotels, so you have to pay extra for it. The hotel needs a little renovation.

We stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. The view of the lake from the room was breathtaking. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the spa area was clean and relaxing. Breakfast had a great variety — would definitely come again!

The view of this hotel is fenomenal, staff is very polite, breakfast is amasing and the spa is great. Hotel is a bit far from the center of Ohrid, but it is named in the Hotel review.

There was no coffee machine or no bottle with hot water with coffee in the room, I think hotel with this price and 5 star should have.
