Easy to locate on the map, staff were nice and friendly, the place is like a mansion, rooms are clean and there's a private bathroom in each room, installed with tv with Netflix, there's a small personal ref and kettle, small table and monoblock chairs too. Ample water supply, a shower with heater in the bathroom. Towels and disposable slippers are provided. The AC was working fine, there was a room whose AC didn't cool at first, so they provided us an electric fan, toilettries were provided too...there's a designated area for bbq, pool has slides which the children enjoyed.

We couldn't sleep well one night because there was a gathering of sort one night and like an online selling the next night. We could hear it from the inside. The water in the pool didn't look clear..

staff were very helpful always ready to help. close by to shopping center. the Aircon was very strong and heated water for showering early in the morning.

I stepped on dog poo outside the gate hahaha. maybe keeping the outside clean also. but of course not their fault.

Been here many times so i am very familiar To the place staff and surroundings...plus My parents live very near the area , easy to Visit them anytime i want...

The mirror at the bathroom , maybe they should Add a little more attention to make it clean...

FAMILY RUN HOTEL, LOVELY PEOPLE AND GOOD POOL AREA FOR KIDS AND ADULTS. YOU ARE MADE TO FEEL PART OF THE FAMILY. IF YOU ASK FOR ANYTHING THEY SORT EVERYTHING FOR YOU. GREAT TIME AND LOVELY PEOPLE .

There’s parking and the rooms are big and spacious.

I guess they could add something like slippers inside the room and bathrobe.

I very much loved the location of the property. Very close to everything. conveniency of a pool :)

Bedsheets were clean but could have been better.

Very helpful staff, pet friendly and the presidential suite is ample room to do staycation! And the bathroom is spacious, that’s a plus :)

They could do better with the food.

Food is fine but was served cold and its supposed to be sizzling
