Breakfast is great. Tasty South Indian food served. Room was kept very neat and tidy. Hygienic surrounding. Well ventilated. Professional staff. I learnt one of the staff was working with owner for more than 17 years. That was great to know. Loyal staffs. Very good hospitality. Very kind of Owner's gesture that he and his spouse had chat with our family on the history of their family journey to this day. It was a safe stay for family. Toilets equipped with high standard accessories. The family room had two double beds with high standard mattress. Had a feel of five star hotel , nothing less than fiver star treat. Great. Our family had nice time there in Treebo Umayaal home at Kaniyakumari. Thank you.

Dinner and Lunch if served, it would have fulfilled our stay. Also, need more guidance for tourists on what place they must visit when they are in kanyakumari. We missed visiting Vattakottai beach.

Early breakfast provided on request. Room upgrade option was available. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation. Staff also guided on options for local sightseeing.

Underground room. AC outlet pipe in bathroom leading to wet bathroom floor. Linen was advertised as spotless, but this was not the case in reality. Multiple email notification for pre-.payment received whereas booking.com showed "no prepayment required " while doing the booking.

Location is very good. The best part is the positive owner uncle and his unlimited breakfast. Breakfast was so yummy and uncle made sure everyone gets more than they eat. No homestay will provide breakfast like this. Location was very near to swami vivekanand statue.

Room was sandy. Bed size is little small if you have 2 kids.

I liked everything about the place. It was in a quiet place. Huge terrace, nice staff and amma - the owners wife, she cooks amazing vada and chutney. You can see the sea from the terrace

I liked everything being honest. Their was a shop nearby and a walk of 900ms to the lane to mkt. Most of the places were at walking distance for me

Mr.Iyaswamy the owner and manager Mr.Murugesh walk the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Yummy breakfast served ..like home preparations. The fact that they sent an auto to the station to pick us up was really wonderful. We stayed in maple deluxe room Clean rooms and washrooms. .they also arranged for a sightseeing tour for us. It is NOT posh but clean decent and the warmth of the owner and manager is 👌👌👌👌.

It would be nice if we could have soap and dental kit in the bathroom like other treebo centres. A kettle with coffee tea sachets is quite necessary.

The room was excellent, obviously we had no idea how to get international news but is that bad? The bed was comfortable and air con only slightly noisy

The room was not clean to western standards. Under the bed does need to be as clean as the table tops. Yes the Aircon was noisy and the tv controls impossible.

Location far from Main Road, but atmosphere are good, only Owner of property is narrow minded

Owner always asking money for small small stuff, Laundry price per piece wash they charge 30 Rupees which is really 4 times higher then regular market price

One of the best stays you'll find in Kanyakumari. This is a homestay kind of facility so it would be good to keep in mind, located 2 kms away from the central Kanyakumari town it is in a very calm and peaceful area. The rooms are clean and sanitized, clean bathrooms and there's a hall and kitchen as well so it's perfect if you're with family. Host was very friendly and the roomboys are well behaved too.
