Gorgeous location, apartment very spacious with good aircon, views are amazing, pool perfect, staff very helpful especially helping with our bags on the buggy from the car park, thank you! Old town part of Ulcinj and hotel is so pretty.

This was out of the hotels control but our room was above a bar with the loudest clubbing music I’ve ever heard through closed windows (and I like a good club now and then!) . I cannot fault the hotel on this but it does significantly impact sleep with a young family until 1am. Be aware of this when booking. The only recommendation I would have is for the hotel to put some sound proof up to date double glazed windows on the side of that apartment.

I really enjoyed every minute of it. Its one of these unforgetfull places. It was simply magical. The room was beautiful, with everything you need, the view from there was simply amazing. The Owner and his family, and all other personal were the most welcoming people, so kind, so helpful in everyway. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beaches nearby. Every night there was live music, which was increadible. The whole atmosfere was simply magical. Also, breakfast was with plenty of choices and delicious. We also enjoyed the food in the restorant, the personel was simply the best. I cant wait to go back again next summer. Highly recommended with five stars from me.

There is nothing i didnt like. Everything was perfect.

For us, perfect location! Take into consideration: you have to walk about 5 min to the nearest beach or parking, but you walk among narrow cobbled stone streets, feels like Italy :) The staff helps with all the luggage with a mini golf cart 😀 Ladies, leave your heels at home 😉 You are away from the havok of the town (5 min away), still enjoying a lot of amazing restaurants nearby, but the one at the location - Miguel de Cervantes is one of the best! The staff is amazing, ready to help with a smile; Always clean; A day at the pool is a must; Wonderful breakfast and goooood coffee In the summer night, at the restaurant, nice live music;

The appartment was beautiful, spacious and very quiet. We loved the balcony overlooking the bay. We also loved being next to the restaurant for breakfast and afternoon drinks. There was a great bathroom upstairs and a useful downstairs loo. The living room and kitchen were very comfortable. All of the staff were excellent particularly the lady who came to clean our room - she did a great job.

Long walk from the car park but it was free so can’t really complain!

Amazing hotel in a beautiful ancient castle. Incredible views, great staff, wonderful location. Many great restaurants nearby, lots of places to wander and go hiking. This is where I will stay the next time I visit Ulcinj.

For people who struggle with walking there are stairs to go up to the small beach

Staff and owner are amazing. Very friendly and most of the staff speak English and/or German besidrs the local languages. The hotel and its views are picturesque. One of the most unique places I have ever stayed in, especially on the Balkans. Well worth the price.

You can't get there by car but there are golf carts and similar smaller vechiles that the staff has avaliable for luggage (which they will bring to your room for you). However, if you're not a fan of walking and heights, this is not the place for you. You will miss out on a lot though.

The views were fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous. Surrounded by good restaurants. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. A little more shade in the pool area would be helpful. The umbrella above our sun beds was broken.

Palata Venezia an exceptional hotel with beautiful surroundings, kind and helpful staff and great location in the Ulcinj old town. Our suite was large and well cleaned. Breakfast was also very good. Only 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beach street (Mala Plaza) is noisy from 9pm to 1am and the noise from the bars also reaches rooms of Hotel Palata Venezia. While the hotel itself is excellent, it cannot be fully recommended for people valuing good night's sleep.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the old town, with breathtaking views. Everyone is super nice and helpful. There is also restaurant where you can eat fresh fish every evening as well as live piano music. Nearby there is very calm and not crowded rocky beach a very good equivalent to the beach in the town which is crowded. Note for those coming with the car - as the hotel is in the closed part of old town you need to find parking space out of it. Please contact the hotel before you come. They will give you very precise instructions. Without those I would surely be lost. They will also help you with bringing the luggage to the hotel and taking it back when checking out. In short the hotel provides fantastic service.
