Extremely fast check-in, not even a minute, they were ready with the room information and very helpful with questions. Room was a little bit cramped in the bathroom / closet area, otherwise very comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable as well. Available towels are not enough for a family but you can ask for more, no issues. Pool is kept warm! Spent way too much time in the pool as a result. Breakfast includes the usual cereals/fruits/bread /oatmeal/juice plus the option to have eggs cooked how you want them, which is quite awesome, everything fresh and tasted excellent. Menudo on a Sunday was also excellent. Hotel is in one of the best areas in the city with great city views from the pool. Underground parking. All in all this hotel is an absolute gem, will be my only destination when visiting Chihuahua City.

The rooms were basic, not too big, not too small. It had a safety box, older TV that we never turned on, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The pillows were bulky and uncomfortable. The breakfast make up for all the negative stuff. Breakfast to order, with authentic Mexican breakfast items, even menudo. They have weekly happy hour with free food and drinks. I will be returning to this hotel

Cleaning room needs a vacuum cleaner. The janitor does a great job but need better tools

Clean, good breakfast, good location

The outside noise on Saturday night, I was on the fifth floor and the noise from the nightclubs across the street was too much. A little hard to find the hotel, a sign on the street would be a nice touch.

The breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms and common areas were very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

The pool is small, and the ladder to get exit the pool was loose about to break.

Everything was great. Service, cleanliness, safety measures, comfort, courtesy happy hour and breakfast.

I stayed a Friday night and there’s a bar right behind the hotel, so you can imagine loud music up until about 3 am. Also there’s a construction right next to the building that started working at 6 am, so I had trouble sleeping. Other than this my stay was great.

Breakfast was very good. The place was very clean!

The room keys did not work all the time. They wouldn’t open the door. Have to go downstairs to fix them.

Excellent stay! Room was clean & spacious, breakfast was delicious, nice pool area and entire facility extra clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
