The most spectacular hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff, from the receptionist, the drivers, the waiters, to the cleaners, all made us feel welcomed and special. Our room was fabulous, every little detail was carefully thought of. The hotel provided completely treats throughout the day, such as late night snack to your room, bubbly while at the pool and fruits. The pool is phenomenal, the most peaceful place. You have a jacuzzi as well as a good sized pool to swim. Super clean! The breakfast and dining area is very cute and perfectly designed. The food is fab all around! Overall, this hotel offered us a slice of paradise. Thank you Alavya team!

I liked everything!

Wonderful property, beautiful and luxurious garden, with very attentive staff. Thank you for your hospitality! We loved the design of the rooms with excellent cleaning services and evening turn down services. Mitu Restaurant has great food, and the pool is very large and perfect for swimming. The hotel receptionists helped us with daily reservations to beach clubs, and really improved our stay. Overall, we felt indulged and well cared for.

Be prepared, the centre of Alacati is loud, music stops at 1am. Nothing to do with the property of course, but it’s not a location for early sleepers.

The day starts with the most amazing breakfast experience I've ever had. Healthy, fresh, a variety of delicious foods, all arranged in a splendid display worthy of coverage in any high-end gourmet magazine, and served in their exquisite, plant-filled stone courtyard dining area. The restaurant's food for lunch and dinner is also delectable and creative — made with the freshest food. And then there is the beautiful pool area built into a garden area, perfect for lazing in sun or shade. Their pool invites refreshing dips and swimming (lap-style if desired). Our room was larger than expected and as comfortable as any luxury boutique hotel I've ever stayed in, and it had unique, beautifully designed decor. The service was attentive and respectful with a nice touch of friendliness. The reception staff also made our stay one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. For example, they asked the morning chef to prepare breakfast for us before they opened (an acai bowl and an omelette) so that we could make our flight from Izmir Airport easily. They have a great setup with Lexus for transportation. Without a doubt, I plan to return to the Alavya!

Everything is amazing, specifically service

AC wasn’t enough sometimes. There are a lot of mosquitoes everywhere in general in Izmir and everywhere. Breakfast was weak.

finally after more than 2 decades of traveling to many countries and cities an accommodation got 10/10 in almost every aspect! Alavya… where everything is being at where it’s supposed to be. Amazingly well trained staff…. cleanliness is almost can’t be compared to, and this is coming from a couple who are very sensitive with dust and pollen. we had to leave a day earlier than our reservation with Booking.com due to an emergency that came up suddenly at our own hometown, where the hotel receptionist and the hotel manager( the most lovely and professional person) tried their best to contact booking.com which was the hardest thing to do considering so many factors. In order to make sure we don’t pay for the last day we are not spending there!! there are so many more to appreciate about Alavya, and the most important part is… Alavya is the greatest place to stay and they love to do what they are best at…HOSPITALITY will always go back whenever we are in Alaçatı

I can hardly wait to return to Alavya. My front french doors opened up to a little sitting area and a closet with a coffee maker (that was filled with water every morning), healthy snacks, water in GLASS bottles (not plastic), homemade granola bars, dried fruit and nuts. Walking into the bedroom there was a wall of windows another french door leading to a gorgeous, huge private patio with an L-shaped upholstered couch, walls covered in grapevines, as well as table and chairs for dining. Took yoga on-site. Classes were taught by an American instructor who was excellent. Restaurant was a treat for breakfast AND dinner. Met lovely people at the pool which was so appreciated as I was traveling alone!

Absolutely nothing that I didn’t like.

Room decor and comforts and functionality. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately the next door establishment plays very loud music which can be annoying for early sleepers. Although the hotel does provide good quality ear plugs.

Everything is very well thought of. A luxurious sanctuary in the middle of old Alacati town. Attention to the smallest detail. A wow stay, service, everything…we extended our stay and left with an intention to come again.

A little gem and a magnificent oasis, quite unique luxury experience in the middle of Alacati. I liked pretty much everything about this place - the beautiful courtyard, the pool, very well designed & decorated rooms. If I pick one thing over all of these it is about the staff and the service, everyone who works at Alavya (the gardener, the bellboys, the front desk staff, the waiter & waitresses) without an exception everyone - they are very attentive, kind without being intrusive. They all have a big smile and everyone is doing their best to make your experience as great as it could be. I loved the energy of this place! Big kudos to the General Manager Ms. Ozlem Gulses. I think she sets the tone and the culture for the entire staff! Highly recommended on my book.

Sometimes the music coming from outside is too loud

fantastic staff, lovely design, big and comfy room that was well designed. Terrific pool. Great breakfast. The massage therapists who did the Bali massage were wonderful. Reception was great. The only unfortunate issue is the loud music that is played until midnight right outside the property.
