Breakfast was amazing - Turkish style with a variety of hot and cold dishes served to the table which changed day to day. Service was excellent. Ali is a very down to earth guy and he and his staff made sure that all our needs were taken care of. Location was good, it was still quiet in the room despite a lot of partying happening at night, yet still a short walk to the centre.

We visited during the peak season, so everything was understandably overpriced. The family room we had was bordering on small for our family with 2 children ages 3 and 5.

The warm hospitality of the owner, Ali, and his staff really impressed us. It was very refreshing, and the owner was always ready to give suggestions and advice on how best to spend our stay in Alacati. Moreover, he helped us chalk out a plan for our next few days in Selcuk and Uludag. The freshly prepared, ample breakfast was served on the table in the tastefully decorated, cozy inner courtyard. There was no communication issue as Mr Ali was conversant in English and so was his staff. The location was splendid as it was right next to the bustling and happening city center where the old windmills are located; however, it was not so close that we would be disturbed by the hubbub at night. The beach is also just a 10 minutes drive away.

There's no parking, and we had to use the paid autopark a couple of streets away.

The window of the room was not to the outside, so you couldn't have that open when waking or dressing up. It was not a big deal since it was a very calm hotel.

Loved the staff. Throughout the city of Aliçate we would see tourists dragging their own suitcases. Ali from Perla Rossa would make sure to send us his staff to carry our bags all the way from our parking lot to our rooms. Also, they were super helpful. The location could not be any better. Right on the edge of where the cars are allowed and the pedestrian area. Fantastic. Also, the breakfast is very nice. Simple yet tasty. Rooms are super clean and comfortable.

The rooms are a little small. I think that is a function of the area rather than the b&b. Also, the breakfast, while tasty, could do with a little bit more variety. Other than that, perfect.

The staff are really nice and always ready to help. They showed me where to park though we arrived quite late at night. The room is very cozy and beautifully decorated. And they prepared very good Turkish breakfast. We had a very nice stay here. Strongly recommend.

This little hotel was perfectly located - close to all the shops and restaurants but far enough away not to be too noisy. We had wonderful breakfasts and Ali was a fantastic host. The room was bright and clean with a cute little balcony and very comfortable.

One minor issue was the mattress on the single bed. It was quite thin and a slightly thicker one would make a big difference. But it was not a major issue and I would still recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were super helpful and kind. They offered us a better room, and helpful recommendations for enjoying the city. The room was clean, presented well, and had all the amenities needed. Breakfast was great.

Ali is a really kind man. He took care of my parents the best he could until i arrived the next day. The room is really nice, with a little balcony. The breakfast changes every day and will make you full. Ali is full of good advices and always ready to help. I really appreciated the transport of our luggage to the bus stop. You want a worryless stay in a great place, dont search more.

Location was fantastic. Far enough from the crowds but close enough to get to pretty much every restaurant within 10mins of walking. Ali was amazing as a host in providing advice , helping with reservations and guiding us
