The hotel is very well located — we found it easily after arriving from Izmir ADB airport (via Havas), just a 12-minute walk away. It's in a quiet area, yet only a 2-minute walk from the lively shopping streets that get packed in the evenings. We received plenty of helpful information from Mr. Evlan and his wife, Mrs. Sultan — many thanks to them both! They always had answers to our questions and gave great tips on where to eat, local beaches, and itinerary ideas. Big thanks also to Enes and Abubeker, who were incredibly helpful on our last day when we had trouble finding our bus back to Izmir. Our room wasn’t very big, but it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the entire hotel was spotless. Everything was perfect — we highly recommend this place without hesitation!

The breakfast was very good and the staff was wonderful and kind . The room was large and very clean . Ahmed was particularly helpful. The room we had reserved turned out to be extremely small though it did have a very nice balcony. The hotel upgraded us to another bigger room that was very nice (no balcony), but we appreciated the extra space.

Unfortunately there is no coffee or tea kettle in the room and breakfast is served quite late (only starting at 9:00) Also at breakfast only tea ( delicious) is offered- which was very unusual and disappointing. So no coffee is available in the morning. Also there is a small fringe in the room but the hotel does not offer any ice, which we found unusual

We stayed for one night at the hotel, the room was small but perfect for what we needed. It was new, the bathroom amenities were really good. The hotel itself was really beautiful and cozy, the breakfast was amazing. During the whole trip to Turkey we stayed in more than 5 hotels and Sulty's had the best breakfast of all. Keep in mind that the street is not accessible by car, but the hotel staff will help with your luggage.

Most of the staff didn't speak English, but we managed with translator and communication went smoothly. The shower's drain was kinda clogged, but for one night stay it didn't seem like a big problem for us.

Cute colourful hotel near the centre of Alacati. I had a room with a balcony so that was perfect to be able to sit outside although it was too hot during the day. Clean room with comfy bed, great shower, good WiFi and air-con plus small fridge. The staff were very help, i arrived very early after getting the boat from Chios in Greece and they let me check in as the room was ready. Great (enormous) breakfast and lots of staff to see to your every need although most didn't speak any English we managed to communicate.I moved to another hotel for my last 2 nights and they helped me move my luggage as it was quite a long walk which i really appreciated.

the breakfast was so large it was enough for about 10 people! I hate waste so it would have been better and more cost effective for the hotel if you could choose what you wanted rather than just be given a huge quantity of food. It was really nice though ;-)

We had an amazing stay in Sulty’s, the location is perfect and the room was clean. The staff is really nice and helpful, we were inconvenienced by our taxi driver the day we were leaving and they stepped in immediately and got us to the bus station in time for our bus, can’t thank them enough.

It's a very cute hotel. Clean and with all the nice little comforts. Bedding felt clean and comfortable. Ac worked like a charm. The staff were really nice. They even helped be get to the bus station so I could go back to izmir when I couldn't book an Uber. The breakfast was the best!

It was a little hard to find. Challenging if you are a solo traveler with a big suitcase. It's those cobblestones!

Very cute comfortable sweet little rooms in the old part of Alaçatı in one of the renovated stone houses. As expected very nice complete Turkish breakfast. AC in the room for the very hot days and walkable everywhere.

Parking is a bit a problem, you won’t be able to park close and even outside of the old town can be difficult as it gets really packed in the summer you will like be charged 100TL for a night. The price for the room in my view for Turkey is a bit high.

Excellent location, very close to the busiest road with all the bars and restaurants but not exactly on it so it is still quiet. Very beautifully decorated hotel and rooms. We had the "budget" room so it was very small and without windows, but we knew this from the beginning (bathroom is tiny also). Still the price was OK considering prices in other hotels around the area. Breakfast was excellent. The reception guy was super friendly.

No early breakfast option, at least a sandwich or something simple would be nice.

The breakfast was excellent, very flavorful and delicious in a Turkish style. The young staff were very accommodating and helpful, but the manager did not make a good impression at first sight.

The room was small although it could be bigger if pay more. It was a bit noisy during the first night due to other guests walking up the stairs at midnight

The hotel appearance from in and outside as promised, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (despite language barriers), the breakfast was made with such love and detail. The locations is just around on a quite street next to the buzzing old town street with restaurants and shops. I can only recommend staying at Sultys, especially as a female solo traveller I felt very safe and comfortable.

There is barely anything to criticise. The bathroom at room 1 (which I had) is not meant for tall people.
