This family-run hotel is very centrally located and has free on-street parking all around. We had a nice room with a Juliet balcony and everything was impeccably clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was good. We didn't need the aircon as the weather was pretty cool for the time of year - and wet! The staff (mum, dad and daughter) were very friendly and helped us locate a battery for our car's remote when most places were closed (Saturday afternoon/Sunday). The hotel has a bar/breakfast room but we didn't get chance to sample anything as we were only there for one night. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Location; easy walk from train station; being right across the street from the park; being in the flat part of town. Room was good size, had small refrigerator

Mattresses are due to be replaced. Not a criticism of the hotel, but finding open restaurants was difficult: some out of business, at least three closed for vacation, and most closed one or all days between Monday and Wednesday. We were disappointed that the tourist train no longer runs around town. My wife has trouble walking hills, so she missed seeing parts of town.

It was a great value for the money. It was a quick walk (less than 10 minutes) to the Plaza Mayor and the parador. There are cafés and restaurants nearby also. The woman that I assumed is the owner or manage was extremely helpful with when and where to go to get something to eat. She was friendly and patient with me as a foreigner.

The only thing was that I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioner, but I didn't ask either because it was a nice, cool evening so all I had to do was open the window for a while.

Convenient location comfirtable room and charming staff

As I knew before, no parking facilities but assumed that on street parking would be available. However, when that turned out not to be the case the receptionist gave me her space as she was going off duty. Problem solved

The location near the train station. I especially liked the assistance I received from the receptionist, Christina, when I had difficulty in booking a train ticket online. Christina was very patient with me as my Spanish is not good. Many thanks to Christina for making my stay stress free.

Nothing. I would go back there again if I was travelling in that area again.

The hotel was much to my taste - unpretentious yet providing many of the facilities I need. It was clean, comfortable and excellent value.

Poor internal soundproofing. Not the most comfortable bed. Threadbare towels. Would be great if about 20% cheaper.

Great location in the town centre with easy free parking nearby. Staff were super friendly, and breakfast is simple but inexpensive. There is also a nice bakery cafe almost next door. Everything else is within walking distance.

Small point, but I like to have a choice of hard or soft pillows.

Clean, warm room, spacious bathroom. Early check-in allowed, which was a bonus. Extremely close to train station.
