Very cool location. Pleasant and kind hosts. Thermal pool in 5 minutes. There are many supermarkets and cafes nearby. Very beautiful nature. Nice room with comfortable beds. Balcony with a beautiful view. Kitchen with everything you need. Very nice place.

There is not enough space for things and clothes, but this is not a big problem.

Value for money

A budget hotel for very little money. If you expect five-star comfort for pennies, this isn’t the place. Here, the price honestly matches the comfort. The room is basic but functional, with a great location right in the heart of town. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hot springs are just a 10-minute walk away. There’s a shared kitchen fully equipped with utensils and cookware if you want to prepare your own meals. The Wi-Fi is reliable.

The hotel is cheap, and we didn’t expect anything special. Unfortunately, there were more issues than we’d have liked. The table on the balcony was broken and unsafe to use—we meant to ask for a replacement but never got around to it. The TV remote had no batteries, so we couldn’t use the TV at all. The biggest problem was that the frame of one of the beds was either broken or bent, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. We only noticed this on our last day, so check everything thoroughly when you arrive.

the room that me and mom got! oh god! not only it is basic and looks poor, the condition of the the bathroom was simply terrible! holes in the bath, mold, door was falling apart. Last time in Termal I paid more or less the same amount of money in a different hotel, but this was a wrong criteria obviously. I felt homeless for 1 night but didn't have any energy by the end of a difficult day to look for the manager. The thing is that the big group of kids checked-in with their coach and didn't let us sleep. Imagine taking your mother to this kind of hell! such an embarrassing experience!!!

So, we did have a bed, and a roof to keep us dry.

- Everything was reeking of cigarette smoke. The whole building. The whole room. - The ceiling was full of mold, bringing a smell which was there even above the smell of the smoke. They tried to cover it up with fresh paint in the bedroom but the paint was already bubbling. The ceiling in the bathroom was black. - The bed linen was not clean. - There was no shower curtain, nowhere to hold on to while stepping in and out of the bathtub with the slippery floor. - The address given did not match up with the location on google maps - probably not the property's fault but something to be aware of.
