I always drove by this hotel and wanted to try it because it looked so nice on the outside. And indeed we had a pleasant stay. Brandnew hotel with modern interior. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa area is clean and smells nicely. There is one mixed spa area women and men and a seperate one only for women with everything in it - heated pool, sauna, massage room, salt room, everything was neat and clean. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. We liked the food as well. We also visited the Yalova Thermal Baths, which is a sensational natural hot spring and is a 10-minute car ride away. We loved it. We will definitely come back every once in a while.

-It is bit strange that a spa hotel doesn’t provide bathrobes in the room - it is not convenient to change the clothes for massage and then back -Fixed in the wall shower head in the bathroom without a hose - this awful, extremely inconvenient US style I haven’t seen in Turkey before. Shower caps necessary for this type are not provided - it was very hot in the room and temperature regulation didn’t work

6 of us stayed at this lovely hotel (including our 3 years old daughter) Nicely decorated, clean and friendly staff. We don't speak Turkish so we have relied a lot on the kindness of the receptionist. They have been nothing but the best. AZIZA and EMIR went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and all sort of things. Without us asking they actually managed to even negotiate a better price for taxi to go to Istanbul. Quality people, many thanks for everything!

Breakfast and Dinner was nice, the only criticism that the menu could change from day to day a bit more.

The Hotel is very nicely designed with spacious rooms and a strategic location just at edge of the city center for about 10 mints drive, beautiful beach at 8 mints, thermal citations at 15 mints and the amazing cascades at 25-30 mints. They have a great choice of spa services and a swimming pool. And excellent staff. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back if I visit Turkey again.

Wifi working with passport number was not ideal especially since if we were going out and coming back it was not automatically get connected , it was annoying to get your passport to get connected. The variety of breakfast was ok but asking for sunny side up egg was told it is extra.

We enjoyed so much the hotel location and the excellent staff support and services. Also, enjoyed the food provided for the breakfast. Thanks a lot for the hotel management and booking application as well.

No connected room for family , the resturant breackfast need to improved more as the cafe next to the hotel beacuse the value of breackfast is high the variaty of food is poor , house keeping need to be more careful , some days they miss the towle in bath they miss the blanket , water supply which i order later and i paid for

In general a good hotel, spa and pool are excellent, there is a well equipped gym, staff are ready to help. Breakfast is a traditional Turkish buffet. I bought lunches and dinners - the food is ok, although not very varied during the week (I lived in the hotel for more than a week).

You need to understand that the hotel is NOT located in the city of Yalova itself, but a little further away. Therefore, if you want to walk along the city promenade, you will go there from the hotel by shuttle or taxi. Also, to get to the sea/beach, you will either have to call a taxi and pay double the fare, or walk along the highway for half an hour, or take two shuttles. If you want to go to thermal springs, then you will also need to take a shuttle to them for about 20-30 minutes one way. This is not a critic of the hotel, but a description of its location for future guests =)

Very good restaurant, great staff and food, rooms are relatively new and well-designed.

There is a problem in the bathroom with water leaking from the bathtub. This is a technical problem and can be quickly solved. Second problem is to do with the air conditioning in the hotel corridors, air is hot and moistures.The main staircase looks good but there is a problem with antropological measures, proportion between height and width from stairs are not well calculated and after ten stairs you feel tired. There are floor cracks in both elevators.

The service is excellent. The staff is very attentive. The pool and spa were very clean. The rooms were very hygienic. The food is delicious. There are meals to suit every palate.
