Location, treatment of the staf.

It was the second time to stay in this hotel and it was excellent stay as before. Location is great near by to shopping street and close to the beach and many good restaurants. It is clean and the staff were vary helpful especially Omar. And Omar Both have the same first name. Definitely I will come back to this nice placce

the location was quite reasonable with good access to public transport, shops and and restaurants .a mosque was near by for people of religious faith which was very convenient. The hotel was very comfortable and its name fitted the occasion. maybe one small remark could take place in my comments and that was the lack of water plug in the hand basin in the bathroom ,perhaps an update tap with its own water stopper instead of the old ugly rubber plug. but never the less my stay at the hotel was very pleasant indeed, including its healthy breakfast and i would not hesitate to return if the opportunity arise or recommend this hotel XXXXX VERY NICE.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Omar was very helpful. Room is clean, nice. Hotel is located in the City Center which is very comfortable. A lot of restaurants and shops around so you can easily find a place to have a dinner or go to shopping. No doubt, I will select this hotel again during my next visit to Yalova. We had Turkish breakfast everyday, very tasty.

CAR PARK IS 200M AWAY FROM HOTEL (BEHIND MOSQUE) BUT THEY CAN ARRANGE AN ACCESS TO THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL AT CHECK-IN AND AT CHECK OUT

Excellent room, price and location. Cannot fault it. The breakfast was a bit of a mood kill, not because of the breakfast itself but because of the unhappy looking cook/server who seemed like she was extremely glum all the time.

Breakfast can have a few more items like more juice choices (children don't like pulp and pulpy juice was the only option) and different types of eggs each day?

The beds are always extremely comfortable, the toilets are always kept clean and I really like the showers. The whole layout of the room made my stay feel like I was in a home away from home. The staff are always friendly and ready to help whenever you need it which makes the stay even more comfortable.

The price was really affordable. The facilities were good. The size of the room was good. The location was excellent. The staff were polite and professional.

The breakfast was good but I’d recommend to expand the menu and add more options for breakfast.

It was an amazing choice for the locations and the staff, especially the manager Omer he is a very welcoming person with great ethics, and the cleanliness is very good. The furniture all is great, thank you booking
