The place is very clean Reception so friendly and understand your needs specially by Mr Hakan and miss Saja Restaurant dinner was so delicious and the price is amazing The Spa it’s wonderful so clean and so wonderful people especially by miss Mata Car park, wonderful free of charge supermarket and petrol station next-door Swimming pool clean I was supposed to have just one day break but I decide I’m gonna have another two days This hotel, I strongly advise it to couples family kids I have been around a lot, but what I’ve paid the price is so good I will definitely come back again 🙏🏿😍

The property offers several areas to dine and relax. The view from my room is amazing. But more importantly, it was the staff who made my stay truly exceptional. Thank you to Saja, who organized my day travels well, from transfers, meals and massages. Hakan, who welcomed me and made sure I reach the property safely, Murat, who always make sure I get the right food and drink, wherever I am in the property, whenever he sees me, he just brings over drinks. Cesur, who made sure I reach my destinations safely. Kaan, who made sure the food I was eating was healthy and delicious. Mehti, my buddy at night when I couldn’t sleep from Jetlag or from working remotely. Kadek for providing a really relaxing massage. Mehmet, Temur, who also always made sure I receive proper care, Nur, who also made sure my room is always clean and everyone else who are also working behind the scenes to ensure customer satisfaction. They all made me feel like i’m at home away from home. I had a wonderful and meaningful stay.

Excellent staff who worked well together as a team. Hakan, one of the managers was especially sociable and friendly. A real little gem of an hotel near Yalova!

The size of the room was a little disappointing. It was well equipped, but a little on the small side making it feel a little claustrophobic. The bathroom especially was very cramped with no surfaces to put your things. Also the bathroom consumables supplied were very limited which is surprising considering the rest of the hotel is actually quite good.

- Bright modern decor; - Fantastic pool, plenty of loungers - Spa is small but we had outstanding massages in the spa - therapist is amazing! - Cleaning staff were lovely & did a great job - even though we spoke little Turkish - Staff very helpful - arranged us an airport taxi for our return to UK with little notice when became apparent local taxis couldn’t find a large enough vehicle for our party (despite originally saying would be fine). Hotel management reorganised work schedules to free up one of their own staff - who had already provided us with a transfer to the beach earlier in the week - in order to take us to the airport. Spotless, large people carrier arrived on time early in morning for entirely stress-free drop off to Istanbul airport which we were very grateful for! - Food is tasty and good value

- Outside of Yalova - need own car or taxi into town - suggest hotel consider formalising a shuttle which is reasonably priced, into town- even if just for ‘shopping hours’ in day - Bathrooms small - A few inflatables for kids in pool - To develop more communal spaces in hotel grounds eg garden space to sit in as views are lovely at back of hotel and away from road - Table tennis and füsball table need fixing! - Some of the rooms noisy as near road - rooms looking onto hillside much quieter

We came earlier, even our room was not ready the personal accept us to spend time in the swimming pool. All around the hotel it’s a forest so close to the nature , good place to be disconnected, food was excellent in the restaurant fresh fish, Hallam, Jacuzzi pool bar were available. Personals were very kind and welcomed. I recommend this place.

It is not a touristic town, good stop hotel to rest, closer mall is 10 minutes by car.

Fantastic hotel, extremely good price/benefit relation. The rooms, the restaurant and the breakfast lounge have splendid views. The rooms have the right size. The breakfast was great. The restaurant´s menu is very nice and it has a wonderful view. The pool, the sauna and the Turkish bath were places to relax. I would like also to thank all the team for the great hospitality

Everything! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone taking a trip to Yalova

There was nothing we disliked but, as Northern Europeans, the buffet breakfast was not what we were used to. However, as the hotel is not in a tourist area it's not surprising that it was traditionally Turkish. The food on offer was very fresh, there was a big choice and the bread was delicious!

Nice staff at the reception. Clean facility, nice view to the mountains/nature and quiet (take care to get a room to this side, on the other side there is a motorway, I could imagine the view is not as nice and there might be noise).Felt like beeing directly in nature - good to relax. Good room size, shower and everything else. We were also offered to use the pool/hamam/sauna. But didn't do so. Could imagine its nice, as overall impression was very good.

Stay was amazing. Location is ideal away from the city yet not so far away, roughly about 15 mins ride. Staff were so kind and made us feel at home. Special recognition to Mr. Hakan. View was breathtaking from window and backyard terrace. Gas station right on the premises with a small shop for urgent groceries.

The location of the hotel is very beautiful and the restaurant has a beautiful view. There is a swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children. There is a heater in the pool and the water is warm and the view of the nature and trees of the pool is enjoyable. I thank Ms. Saja special thanks for her good treatment and high ethics and providing services for the comfort of the guests.
