- Attitude of personnel, - good English on the reception, - cleanness of all facilities including the room, - tasty breakfast, - a lot of parking space around the hotel, - a selection of restaurants - a good supermarket nearby.

- Elevator didn't work at times, - the air conditioner in the room didn't work; we were told that it would only work for cooling in the summer. However, the air in Yalova is so good that simply opening the window mostly solved our problem.

A nice, bright hotel next to the city center. That district is generally quite. Very polite and helpful staff working there, including English-speaking persons at the reception. A good, hearty breakfast is provided. In terms of price-quality ratio, this seems to be the optimal choice for here.

It was a bit cold in the rooms early in the morning. Also the rooms could have been cleaned better.

The room was clean. There is a huge mini fridge in the room. They have a small safe inside the cupboard. Breakfast is very generous. They have delicious menemen. With that kind of breakfast, I would definitely come back even though they serve the same thing every day. If there were more food places nearby, I would've scored this hotel a bit more, but there is not. But overall, it is a good choice if you just want a place to sleep at night with a reasonable price.

The hotel is a little bit far from the center. There is a few shops nearby but very limited foodplace. However there are buses passing through a few times per hour. Have to walk half an hour to get to the center with more food choices. Staff are not very friendly except for 2 - the day receptionists are quite helpful. The rooms are not soundproof - you can hear your neighbors through the wall as they are not solid walls. It also reeks of stale cigarette smell. Eventhough I do smoke but I don't like the smell of stale smoke in my sleeping space. Non-smokers should be aware to book the non-smoking room before confirming. I get what I paid for. It was quite a satisfying stay for the price paid. You get some of your money back by eating a lot at breakfast. It was worth it.

We spend a nice ang relaxing 2 nights.

I wish if they can provide more bed covers and I wish it could be even better quality. I'm sure if we asked them they would provide but we used to see in many hotels they put in the wardrobe some new blankets and cushions. Also I wish if they can provide iron.

The Breakfast was very good ,the location perfect, staff perfect .

The Wi-Fi needs to be strengthen, and breakfast needs to be different from day to day

Hotel Beksiti is located in a quiet residential area very close to the canal walkway that takes you right into the centre of the city (takes about 15 mins.) The canal walkway is well lit at night, with families walking along it then too. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, there is something for everyone, and it provides a good start to the day! There are many grocery stores and restaurants along the same road as Hotel Beksiti, which is definitely convenient. All the staff are very nice and helpful.

The location is good, not too far from what google maps calls busy area. Its 10 min walk in a quiet neighbourhood to all the restaurants and shops. Same amount to time to walk to the seashore. The hotel is very new, all things are clean, rooms have enough light and are very quiet. Breakfast is standart to Turkey, no complains there...

Forgot to ask for non smoking room, it seems to be still a norm for many to smoke in the room. Another thing that surprised me is that the room key stopped working 30 min before check out time!

The staff specifically Mr. Taieb was so helpful and nice, the breakfast is sufficient, you don't need more than that, the location is OK if you are young or solo traveler and like to walk. Rooms are clean By anymeans in the same street there are many supermarkets. And near the hotel there is a bus stop that can take you to the center of Yalova

I got bitten by Mosquito in 2 rooms, but I opened the windows maybe that's why

A little bit more work on communication in the English language because many guests were from abroad. If possible, enable international calls from the hotel. That would be of great help.

The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary, breakfast was sufficient, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The quality of the Internet leaves much to be desired. But overall I'd recommend this hotel
