We got a fantastic room, two bathrooms, kitchenette. We are a family of four and like staying in the same room whenever we can, but this probably is the largest we have seen. There is a laundromat in the premises, very useful in road trips, reasonably priced. Although instructions are in Korean, two members of the reception team were extremely helpful and translated. In general, exceptional value for money.

Food options in the evening and service in the restaurant could have been a bit better. Also, we were left alone for over 10 minutes. We did not have time to use the pools, but they are charged extra unless you have a special room rate that includes their use. I checked the booking conditions and it clearly says there is an extra charge, so my mistake for assuming it was part of our rate, but as the pools are extensively shown in the property pictures, I find it a bit misleading.

We stayed in the royal suite and really enjoyed it. The suite is very very large, with an expansive living room and dining room, plus an office area and a small kitchen area, but no stove top. The suite has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom alone is over 1000 SQ ft. We especially liked the expansive balconies and windows, which line the entire living room/dining room area and the master bedroom. The easy to use shade controls allow you to open one or all of the window shades in a particular area. The entire suite has floor heating and there are 4 overhead A/C units. Unlike some hotels in Korea, we were able to use the A/Cs and venting even in the spring time. A 2-burner stove top and apartment size refrigerator would be a good addition. Wish list for our next stay! Very quiet and nice. Nearby walking paths along the river and a 2-5km trail up into the hills. Lots of parking and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. No bell service,. however for help with bags.

The reception staff were superb 👍. Very helpful and took extra effort to help us search for information as we do not speak the Korean Language. The 2 reception ladies could understand a little English which was very helpful to us. The night shift lady even guided us how to use the washing machine and dryer. Really thankful for her thoughtfulness. Always with a smile🥰. Breakfast was good with variety and local cuisine.

nice pool area, nice and spacious room, friendly staff. the use of the pool was included in our room tariff, however, if this hadn`t been the case the usage of the pool would have been a relatively very pricey experience

Very nice hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds, luxury bathroom. We stayed only 1 day so we didn't got the chance to try the swimming pool or other facilities

A very nice hotel with great views, facilities, vibes and room. The room was very spacious and with comfy beds for 3 persons. The bathroom was big with divided space.

The upper shower head was broken so we could not use it.

Breakfast buffet was very good.

Dinner menu was very limited and was not flavorful
