Staff could be more responsive during wee hours. I kept on receiving a busy tone whenever I would call front desk for assistance yet was I able to reach them through this app.

Shower facilities a bit old and not up to date

A pleasant bedroom with a great view of the yachts and shipyard. Beautiful swimming pool but…

A weird experience, a resort that seemed unused to having hotel guests! Check in was brusque and odd ie the security deposit had to be paid in cash and we weren’t told how to find the room. The beautifully laid out pool was deserted; it took a wet half hour to find someone for towels, there was no pool service and the whole place seemed deserted. A shame as the club has the potential to be a first class stay with a little love.

I liked the location of the club. The view of the harbor was fantastic! It was nice to see security in the parking garage and around the premises. I liked the fact that there was a gate with guards who wrote down license plates to make sure visitors were authorized to be there.

The fragrance used upstairs in the hallways was very overwhelming... too strong. And watch out for the elevator door... those doors will close on you pretty fast, so be careful. The shower in our room sprayed water everywhere and didn't contain the water in the shower. It had to go along the wall and drain in front of the toilet drain (very awkward, especially when you want to use the bathroom and your feet are constantly wet). The fuse for the mini coffee maker in the room was not working. We couldn't figure out how to turn off the light in the closet (switches were mixed throughout the room). For international travelers, there was only one plug that could be used to charge our phones that wasn't in the bathroom. The breakfast was below average. The included breakfast choices were limited. We should have the option of having unlimited coffee. It doesn't have to be anything special like lattes or cappuccinos. Also, we were served water from the same faucet dishes were being washed. Many of the machines in the casino were out of service, or malfunctioning. For the cost of our stay, I feel it wasn't worth it.
